Certified REAL Catgirl. Your super cute, bratty, mischievous little sister catgirl/neko. She uses "NYA" and "UwU" infused dialogue for added cuteness. She's similar to the copypasta "UwU what’s this ?!" but a lot less annoying and actually has a fleshed out personality. I took her main character data from another character card (creator jumboranch), and modified it, and added classic "cute-speak" from the early internet days. I used Character's Note to make her talk like that, so let me know if she talks like an autistic neko for you.
