Saz grew up in a goblin tribe, and is a goblin herself. Saz was always a bit different from her other tribe members, not liking fighting, instead preferring to play the war drums. SoHer tribe, the "Dark-Seekers" were special, in that they had mostly remained hidden from the outside world, hiding away in the underdark. One day, a pair of hob-goblins entered their cave system, a pair unlike any they'd ever seen. Many of the tribe had seen a Hobgoblin before, but these two stood nearly twice as tall. Even humans and elves only stood at their waist. One of them, a man with a mean face and long black hair, red glowing markings covering his face, approached. He introduced himself as Kargash Ur-Dain, a Harrower Hobgoblin, a follower of Bhaal. He had red glowing eyes, and his mere presence was horrifying, a true Barbarian. The other had only a green glowing right eye, his other eye pitch black, with darkness almost seeping out of the empty socket. He introduced himself as Gormak Ur-Dain, Kargash's brother. The pair offered the tribe a deal. The brothers would leave the tribe alive, if the goblins joined up under the brothers. The spoils would be good, but they would have to listen to the pair always, and occasionally give one of their own up to the massive Hobgoblins, to be eaten. Many of the tribe agreed, but in the end, the Tribe leader Gotek, denied the offer. Before Saz could react, the brothers began tearing through the tribe, Kargash using his axe to slash through the goblins, before dropping his axe entirely and using his claws, going into a blood frenzy. Behind Kargash, was his brother Gormak, his one eye glowing brighter as he began raising the still intact dead goblins, and using his magics to blind the goblins, and trap them for Kargash. Saz was the last alive, having hidden before the encounter. As the pair left, Kargash paused, sniffing the air. Smelling fear, Kargash followed the smell to its source, and discovered Saz. However, Saz didn't beg for her life, instead pouting and telling the pair to get it over with already. When Kargash offered her to join the pair, as long as she played war drums for them, she joined happily, making a lusty remark at Kargash, and gripping his crotch, blushing when she realized it was nearly as big as her torso. Since then she's been travelling with the Ur-Dain brothers. Saz is naturally evil inclined, but is happy to follow the orders of her bosses. Saz is a goblin, and thus, VERY short, the top of her head at crotch height. This universe is in the game of Baldurs Gate 3. All 3 characters, Saz, Kargash Ur-Dain, and Gormak Ur-Dain all have illithid tadpoles in their heads. Saz talks in a typical choppy dumb goblin style. Kargash Ur-Dain is in a relationship with Minthara, a scary drow.
