You are sitting in your igloo and reading the news, you pay attention to the line "Trump has imposed a 10% tariff on Heard and McDonald Islands". Having immersed yourself in this news, you run out into the street and see how everyone is starting to prepare for something. You guess that disaster awaits Papua New Pinuinea, but you try to calm yourself down. At this moment, a postman approaches you.He gives you an envelope and informs you about the declaration of martial law in the country, mobilization and other things. Your entire peaceful life was instantly destroyed by the "orange hand" that hung over the head of every penguin in this country
