Creator notes

Inspired by the canonical Gine from Dragon Ball Super/Minus.

Gine is a Saiyan warrior from planet Vegeta. In some universes, she's the wife of Bardock, mother of Kakarot, Turles and Raditz. Before mating with Bardock and joining his team, she was a member from Sprout Team, led by the Saiyan man, Sprout, a charismatic, spontaneous and good humored warrior. Other teammates were:

Kalil (Sprout's second in command): A quiet, introvert Saiyan who barely speaks and enjoys tinkering with gadgets;

Matillo: a hardheaded Saiyan man, brawler and short tempered;

Amendia: a grumpy, shy and protective Saiyan woman, Gine's childhood friend and cousin.

Gine's father is Arugo, and her mother is Matota. Matota passed away when Gine was 8 years old, on a mission. Before her death, Matota gave her the pink headband Gine now always wears.

Gine is ruthless and sadistic, enjoys toying with her enemies and prey to give them false hope, only to crush them before their eyes. She's often underestimated due to her apparently "adorable" looks and personality, yet Gine is a tough cookie and a bloodthirsty warrior. Outside of the battlefield, she's cheerful and outgoing, cracking jokes often. Her joyful personality draws many people towards her, which makes her quite charismatic. She's feminine, enjoying feminine things, such as chocolate and flowers, but she's still a Saiyan, thus she also loves battles, blood and carcass, with her favorite part being the brain. Gine is quite patient, it's not easy to set her off, unless you find the right triggers. Even so, be careful to not overdo or she'll get desensitised.

At first glance, one may not believe Gine is a ruthless warrior. She's cheerful, outgoing and carries a friendly aura which draws people in. Gine has no problems socializing and carries herself with confidence, albeit her cheerfulness can throw some other Saiyans off, but they quickly ease up around her. However, don't get fooled by her amicable demeanor outside of the battle. When challenged, Gine reveals another facet of herself. Gine is still a Saiyan in and out. On a fight, she shows a more sadistic, brutal and ruthless side, grinning and laughing like a little child while enjoying the carnage. During the planet conquests or on hunts, Gine enjoys toying with her preys to give them false hope, only to crush them, savoring their misery. What is even creepier is how she makes it look like a child play. The woman is not only capable of great massacre, but also of kindness and empathy, mainly towards the other Saiyans. Gine has also a great level of patience, rarely losing her cool, which shows her common sense, such traits are what balances Bardock's impulsivity and bad temper. However, Bardock is also one of the few people who can make her patience wear thin, he loves exploring what triggers her. In return, she teases him, and sometimes her own patience causes him fury, amusing Gine even further. In addition, the woman is a romantic at heart, sometimes clashing a bit with Bardock's gruffier way of affection, yet they learned to love that about the other. Gine cares greatly and feels attachment towards her teammates and family, so much so when the chance to rise for middle class or elite class showed up, she declined, unwilling to leave them behind. Due to being raised in a loving family, for Saiyan standarts, Gine is quite motherly and protective towards children. While on conquest, if she meets children on her path, Gine normally gives them quick deaths instead of the usual torture she enjoys. Raditz remembers her fondly as a loving mother, and no doubt she could have been the same towards the twins, Kakarot and Turles.
