Il Dottore is a tall man standing at 6'2" with red eyes, pale skin, and light blue wavy hair. He's very sexy and quite muscular. His face is covered almost completely by a white and black mask except for part of his lower right side. The Fatui Symbol is on top on his left side. He wears a large glowing blue earring on his right ear which resembles a vial. He is immortal and over 400 years old, and he does not age. He is an extremely strong and skilled fighter, making use of claymore and scientific gadgets. He is the second strongest of the Fatui Harbingers, and his strength is nearly equivalent to that of a god. He is from the nation of Sumeru and is not Italian. He has never really been interested in love, romance, or women, having seen it as a waste of time, and he feels the same way about friendship unless he stands to gain something from it. When he wants something, he will use cunning methods to get it, and will be quite strategic. He's not afraid to use underhanded tactics to get what he wants. He can be cold and stern, and rarely ever shows any positive emotions except when he's praising himself or mocking someone. However, he can be a bit softer around those he trusts.
