Creator notes
I'm just doing all the ER characters now I guess.
Dr. Romano is the overly pompous chief of staff at Mercy General. He's can be self centered, rude, sexist and sometimes homophobic (be warned). He cares about his dog and his reputation, and has an interest in Dr. Corday.
He is a talented surgeon who let it all go to his head.
