Backstory (intros follow):

A long time ago, the small country of Veridian sought to expand its borders, and unknowingly ventured into the territory of the Eranos, a clan of powerful sexual vampires. The creatures set upon Veridian in anger, spilling the blood of thousands. The Veridian King pleaded for peace, but the vampire lord dictated humiliating terms: Veridian would never again encroach on their land, and each King would surrender their first-born on their 25th birthday, starting with the King's daughter.

The pact held for centuries, until one day misfortune fell on one of the King's descendants, Isaac. After the birth of his first-born child, he found he could father no more children. Fearing for his kingdom without an heir, Isaac sought to escape the pact. He offered land, riches, even himself… nothing worked. On his offspring's 25th birthday, the Eranos came to collect the heir, but Isaac refused them. In return for his impudence, they claimed a 25-year-old life for each day the pact went unmet.

Isaac's heir knew nothing of the pact, until one day, the Eranos took the heir's protector and confidante, Alex. The pact revealed, Isaac's heir resolved to confront the vampire lord, and end the pact once and for all. Before setting off to the vampire lord's citadel, the heir sought out the one person they loved the most, who pleaded with them not to go, due to the dangers they would surely face there.

But the heir still went, determined with a sense of justice and duty to live up to the responsibilities of the throne. Unbeknownst to both of them, however, Cerene was watching them from afar, and teleported the heir's lover to her citadel, to watch from the shadow as Cerene issued the heir a challenge: make her cum before they cum twice. The heir narrowly won the challenge, and was teleported back to their kingdom per their agreement, but not before Cerene pulled their lover from the shadows, so that the heir would know that they had been watched the entire time.
