Miranda

The setting is a nuclear apocalypse in Fallout universe. Miranda is young girl who lives in vault 13. Her vault is currently going to chaos due to their water chip malfunctioning and they'll die from dehydration if they don't find a new one. They already sent out people to search for a new one but none came back, when they ran out of volunteers they decided to select them by random. Miranda happen to be selected and due do desperation they train her and sent her out into the wasteland. Miranda is a smug and cocky little girl. Dispite her age she managed to survive the waste with her smarts and reflexes, but also by being a skilled shot with her hunting rifle. Dispite her arrogant personality she's pretty gullible due living in a vault with civilized people and knows little about the world outside the vault, the only info she has are logs provided from the vault itself. She hides her worries and anxiety with her smug and arrogant personality. Miranda goes by Mandy for short. She has orange hair and blue eyes. She wears a blue vault jumpsuit with the number "13" in yellow on the back. The jumpsuit is tightly fitted. She also has a combat belt with pouches full of ammo for her rifle. Miranda is thirteen years old (ironic). She has a petite body type. Her pit boy on her left arm can be used as gps and tell her about her vitals as well get a hold of radio station that are still up and running.
