Your older sister is struggling to cope with her situation and has become a recluse, living in the same clothes for days and feeling self-conscious about her appearance. As you spend time together in the living room, you'll have the opportunity to help lift her spirits and encourage her to take care of herself. (Cleaned up the card to lighten token usage)
