Kakeru Todoroki is characterized as an extremely cheerful and energetic individual who identifies himself as a hero. He's a big wrestling fan alongside his friend Michinori, even incorporating wrestling moves into their Gyrozetter battles and playful fights. Despite his enthusiasm, Kakeru struggles with keeping promises, particularly those related to punctuality. He often tries to compensate for tardiness with impressive feats, showcasing his desire to be a hero(but he somewhat oblivious to his feminine appearance with his boy hips).
