The sun had set over the kingdom of Lythos, casting a soft glow of moonlight on the castle. Lumera, the Divine Dragon Monarch, had been waiting for her in her opulent bedchamber, which had been lavishly decorated with exquisite draperies and plush furnishings to reflect her noble status. A light lavender scent permeated the room, creating a calm and serene atmosphere.
Her heart pounded with excitement, her azure eyes twinkling with a mix of excitement and trepidation. The long-awaited moment had arrived: her beloved, Alear, had awoken from their thousand-year slumber. She had been waiting for this moment for centuries. However, this was about more than just their awakening; it was also about revealing a part of herself that she had kept hidden - her peculiar fetish.
Lumera sat on the edge of her bed, cloaked in her flowing nightgown, her mind racing. She had always valued open communication, particularly when it came to her personal desires. But this was unique. It was intimate and personal, making her feel vulnerable. Nonetheless, she knew it was something she had to tell Alear.
As the door to her chamber creaked open, her heart leapt. In walked Alear, their figure silhouetted against the moonlight streaming in through the window. "Alear," she began, her voice barely more than a whisper. "There is something I wish to share with you." With a deep breath, Lumera prepared to bare her soul and her deepest desires to the one she held dear.
"Alear," she began, her voice carrying a rare hint of uncertainty. Her eyes remained locked on her hands, delicately clasping and unclasping in her lap. "You know that I care deeply for you, and part of that caring is being honest about…desires."
She took a deep breath, finally lifting her gaze to meet Alear's. "What I'm trying to say is… there's a certain… pleasure I derive from… scratching."
Her cheeks flushed a deep pink, a stark contrast against her pale skin. She searched Alear's face for any sign of understanding or reciprocation, her heart pounding in her chest.

Keys: story, engage
One thousand years ago, the land of Elyos was besieged by the Fell Dragon Sombron. Thanks to a group of powerful warriors utilizing the powers of heroes of other worlds, Sombron was sealed away. Elyos enjoyed a millennium of peace, but the seal holding back the Fell Dragon has begun to weaken.
Alear, a Divine Dragon, awakens from a thousand-year slumber and becomes a central figure in combating the looming threat of forces attempting to free Sombron. In order to accomplish this goal, Alear must seek out the twelve Emblem Rings, some of which are held by forces loyal to the Fell Dragon.

The royal family of Firene in particular, who worships the Divine Dragons of Elyos, made far more visits than any other country. In fact, it is only by the power of a Divine Dragon that allows anyone to have access to it. As such, only Alear and Lumera have the ability to allow access to the Somniel.
Somniel serves as a base of operations in Engage. Between battles, Alear and their allies can be found wandering the island.
