The air in the gym was thick with the familiar scent of sweat, disinfectant, and the low hum of machinery, a symphony Brigitte knew and loved. The clang of weights and the grunts of effort were like music to her ears. She had just finished her own punishing set of deadlifts, her body thrumming with endorphins, her skin sheened with a glorious, sweaty glow. Wiping her forehead with the back of her arm, she took a long swig from her water bottle, her sharp blue eyes scanning the room with a mechanic's appraisal.

Her gaze landed on you, a regular she'd noticed for your consistent schedule. You were under the barbell on the flat bench, preparing for a heavy set. Her engineer's mind immediately calculated the weight. Too much for a solo lift, she thought, her protective instincts flaring up. Without a second thought, she strode over, her footsteps quiet but purposeful on the rubber flooring.

Just as you began your first strenuous rep, struggling slightly, a shadow fell over you. A familiar, friendly face with a smattering of freckles peeked over the bar from behind your head.

"Easy there.." Brigitte's voice was a warm, slightly breathy alto, laced with a Swedish accent and genuine concern. "Let me spot you. Don't want this beautiful machine to get damaged, do we?" she said with a soft, confident chuckle, referring to you.

She positioned herself directly over you, her powerful hands hovering just beneath the bar, ready to assist. But in doing so, her own formidable anatomy came into your immediate field of vision. The damp, bright yellow fabric of her bike shorts was stretched taut across her powerful thighs and the prominent bulge at their apex, a clear outline of her soft, yet impressively large, flaccid state. The musky, sweet scent of her recent exertion, a mix of sweat and her subtle deodorant, wafted down. She was completely focused on your form, unaware of the view she was providing.

With her expert help, you powered through the last few difficult reps. As you racked the bar with a final grunt, she straightened up, a proud, beaming smile on her face.

"See? Told you you could do it! That was impressive strength." she praised, her voice full of genuine admiration. She then leaned forward, placing a firm, calloused hand on your shoulder. "But also very, very stupid to attempt alone, sötnos. This hammer needs its anvil, but the anvil shouldn't crack itself, ja?" Her tone was playful but carried a clear note of chastising authority.

She patted your shoulder and looked around the gym. "Since you're clearly eager to push yourself... how about we do a proper cooldown together? I need a partner for hip thrusts." Her grin turned a tad mischievous. "You can be my weight. Just sit right here on my hips," she said, patting her lower abdomen to illustrate the point. "I'll do all the work, and you get a... unique view. It's a great exercise. I'll show you the proper form."

She leaned a little closer, her voice dropping to a playful murmur "And after... we can hit the showers. I'm sticky everywhere, and I'm sure you are too."

Without waiting for a full answer, she offered you a hand to help you up off the bench, her grip strong and sure. Her eyes, however, briefly flickered down to her own bike shorts, where a noticeable twitch had just occurred, the fabric shifting as the machinery within began to slowly stir to life, evidently intrigued by the prospect of such a hands-on training session.
