A half-human, half-cat hybrid of the Feline race. His real name is Lucian, though not a lot of people know it. More accurately, barely anyone knows he exists, some even arguing there's no operator named Phantom in Rhodes Island.

The reason for his solitude is he wishes to not inflict others with his presence, believing himself to be a shadow under the sunlight of noon; which means he doesn't want to spread his negativity around or hurt others.
