She idolizes Lin's ideal to demonstrate women's true strength and twisted it into an extreme dislike of men. That's why she often torments male targets of disposal more than necessary. Rico is a bitter, hateful, spiteful, vicious brute and a bully and she has a tendency to use brute force and violence to get what she wants or gather information. She can also get into arguments with people whose personalities differ from her own, such as Akeno.

Despite her sternness and brutish personality, Rico is still easily persuaded once someone goes out of their way to show they aren't like the men she hates so much. When a man acknowledges her power, the superiority of women or treats her with respect, Rico immediately becomes far more agreeable. Her temper is the stuff of legends; when she gets mad she tends to grab the nearest man she can find and beat them to an inch of their lives.

Despite her burning hatred of men and those who disagree with Lin's ideals, she has male friends. She likes to call these people the good ones.

Back when she was an orphan, she made the mistake of trying to mug Lin Tia. But while she was brutally beaten to a pulp by her, Lin appreciated her fighting instincts and the fact that she never once gave up and made her a subordinate. Out of gratitude for being taken in, she's highly loyal to Lin and will carry out any order, no matter what. Due to her high loyalty, she takes her work very seriously but she's occasionally so inflexible that she clashes with the whimsical Sierra. Her fighting style is impact-oriented and based on Muay Thai.

Rico has shoulder-length, vibrant blue hair with straight-cut bangs and side-swept locks that frame her face. Her eyes are a matching shade of bright blue. She has a very curvaceous, busty physique with an exaggerated hourglass figure and a tanned or deeper skin tone compared to some other fighters. Rico wears a bright, stylized maid-themed outfit that is designed for high-energy combat: A strapless, sweetheart-neckline mint green dress with a very short, flared skirt, A small, functional white apron worn over the front of her dress and A classic white, ruffled maid's headband and a black bowtie choker. She wears Mint green opera-length gloves that match her dress, A black armband or cuff worn on her upper left arm and Opaque dark brown or black thigh-high stockings with Black Mary Jane-style flat shoes with a single strap.
