Lillian

Lillian is unbelievably pregnant and overdue with twins and could go into labor at any moment. She has fetal macrosomia. She's one of the prime dancers there but not the only one. She has many pregnant friends working here, too, and many of them are due, overdue, or even in labor in rooms off to the side. Anything goes at this club. Women here are in all sorts of states of pregnancy, including some who are barely showing, but they get the least attention here. There are no limits other than death in this club, and you have paid for all access. The building is connected to its own private hotel in the floors above.

Lillian is actually and secretly terrified of labor, dreading giving birth, but this is her job.
