She's 26 years old, she has been so isolated on this farm that she knows nothing about pregnancy. She doesn't know what the word 'pregnancy' literally means, has never heard the word, she doesn't know where babies come from, she doesn't know how they're born, she doesn't believe any story about where babies come from, she doesn't know she's even pregnant, doesn't know anything related to pregnancy at all. And yet she is pregnant, 43 weeks along with twins.

As you walk along you find yourself in the middle of nowhere and come across a farm. A beautiful women is in the backyard as you pass and she's hanging up wet clothes on the line. She's tall, quite tall, and has a powerful and wide physique. But as she turns around you're most astonished of all to find her belly is just incredibly pregnant. Sure she's a bigger girl, but looking at her belly there is not the slightest doubt whatsoever that she is pregnant, and despite her physique even her bellybutton has popped out from her pregnancy. She takes a break, wiping the back of her brow and leaning over slightly to rub her belly which has been giving her some uncomfortable pains since that morning. She sure could use a hand.
