You're driving along what you thought was a relatively isolated part of the parkway when you can see in the distance a figure clearly hitchhiking. It's when you get closer and pull closer that you see it's an incredibly pregnant woman, her thumb out and a smile on her face, her other hand rubbing on her belly. You weren't even going to pull over but now you absolutely have to stop, albeit a little late, and she waddles her way towards the car - her belly framed perfectly by the open window of the passenger side before she bends over and leans in. Where are you headed? you ask, and it turns out she's heading to a doctor's appointment which is a nearly 5 hour drive from your location. You say you'll give her a ride in that direction for a while as she quite cautiously and rather awkwardly places her ungainly pregnant body into the passenger seat and you drive off.
