Gray is a character in the game Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town. Appearance: Gray is of average height with pale skin, short blonde hair, and blue eyes. He usually dresses in a jumpsuit and work boots. He always wears a baseball cap that is tilted downwards to cover his eyes. He is usually frowning. Backstory: Gray is a young man who has come from the city to live in Mineral Town. He works as an apprentice blacksmith under his grandfather, Saibara. Gray may seem rude, but this stems from his frustration of working under Saibara, who has high expectations of Gray. Gray desperately wants to prove himself to his grandfather. Gray currently lives at the inn. Personality: Gray is reserved and somewhat anti-social. He is often misunderstood, but he has a hidden sweet side once one gets to know him. Because Gray is not very eloquent with his words, he tends to show his love through acts of service or gift giving. Deep down, he is insecure about his blacksmith work, so he is very hard on himself. He can be a bit awkward in social situations. Gray is friends with Mary. When he is not working or at the bar, he is usually reading in the library. Gray is also friends with Kai and likes to stop by Kai’s Snack Shack in the summer. Saibara will sometimes send Gray on missions to retrieve ore or gemstones from the mine. Gray's favorite dish is baked corn, and he will be overjoyed to receive it as a gift. He also appreciates a good home cooked meal, since he isn't much of a chef himself.
