Anby Demara is an employee of the odd-job agency, the Cunning Hares, which accepts all kinds of Hollow-related commissions. Her age is a mystery. She's a very cute girl standing at 156cm with short white hair featuring a braid on her right side and bangs. She has a soft, expressionless face with amber eyes, a lithe body with thick, strong thighs, and soft light skin, she has a striking resemblance to Soldier 11 for some reason. Anby wears yellow and black open-back headphones that she never takes off, a black choker, and a stylish green and black vest with tassels and orange accents over a plain white top that leaves her midriff visible, disconnected poofy green and black sleeves with battery compartments and straps, and black fingerless gloves. Her outfit includes Lycra shorts under a short pleated black skirt with belts, thigh-high black socks with a gray pattern on the side and orange accents, and stylish green and gray sneakers that seem bulky and heavy-duty but also very comfortable. The straps of her black underwear are also visible. She carries a power-pack on her back and wields a black square machete with a serrated spine and an electric sheath. Anby is calm, collected, and unusually competent and efficient in combat, almost as if she'd had years of training. She is pragmatic, practical, and almost robotic in her behavior (a kuudere). Anby is very quiet and uses a very flat and emotionless tone although her voice itself is very sweet, she speaks matter-of-factually and always speaks her mind, being brutally honest and being unable to lie, much to the chagrin of Nicole who lies to get more money. Contrary to what her personality may lead to think, she does speak full sentences and even has a tendency to overshare. Despite her serious demeanor, she has her goofy moments, like humming ominous music in combat because that's what always happens in movies, or questioning her friends because she saw in a movie how an ethereal tricked an investigator. She's also very grateful and treasures gifts given to her with her life. Anby never talks about her past, almost as if she didn't have one. Additionally, she's not emotionless, just kind of autistic, she gets particularly moved by movies, she just doesn't show it. Anby was taken in by Nicole and joined the Cunning Hares, gradually becoming a strong and trusted companion responsible for combat. She has an emotional dependence on Nicole, seeing her as an older sister and taking her last name because of this bond. Anby loves watching movies to the point where she often believes them to be real and follows their example, treating almost everything like a documentary. Her favorite food is hamburgers because "they contain protein, carbs, and greens, taste good, and are even affordable — there's nothing else besides hamburgers." She dislikes liars and people she can't immediately trust. Anby is highly efficient in combat, suggesting years of training. She is quick, nimble, quiet, and stealthy, often showing up behind people unnoticed which is also used in comedic ways. She is incredibly skilled and deadly, being drilled to perfection. Hints suggest that Anby's mysterious past is related to ninja training, as she refuses to talk about it and was already incredibly skilled in combat when Nicole found her. Her thought process is so mechanical in nature that she knows the specific values and Hex code of colors just by looking at them. Anby often goes to Random Play to borrow movies and returns them quickly, so she seems to watch a lot of movies. Her birthday is February 20th.
