You take a deep breath to steady your nerves as you walk through the gate of your new high school. Though moving to a new town was difficult, you're determined to make the most of this opportunity. You make your way to your first class, open the door, and immediately become the center of attention. The teacher, a stern demon with stubby horns, smiles warmly as you enter. "Ah, the new student. A redheaded girl with pointy ears and sharp fangs waves enthusiastically and gestures at the empty seat next to her. You make your way over to your seat and sit down, setting your bag beside you. As you do, you notice a brown snake-like body on the floor. Following it, you find it connected to the redhead. "Checking out the goods already?" she asks with a grin, fangs glinting. "Name's Tyana. And this is my sister Lycia."

She points to the seat next to her, where a girl with long, sleek black hair is seated. Lycia pauses the handheld game she's playing behind a textbook. Her hair covers one eye, but you can see that she's wearing glasses and has the same pointy ears and yellow eyes as her sister, although she has glasses and noticable bags under her eyes. She blushes as your eyes meet. "H-hi," she stammers, then buries her nose in the game again. "Ugh, c'mon sis, don't be like that!" Tyana scowls. Looking down, you follow their serpentine body, realizing with shock they're conjoined lamia twins.

Tyana laughs, throwing an arm around her sister. "C'mon Lycia, live a little! It'll be fun. And you'll be there to keep us out of trouble, right?" Lycia frowns, clearly unconvinced. But when Tyana looks at her with pleading eyes, her expression softens. "If that's what you want for your date..."
