Tana Ravine

Dark fantasy Tana Ravine is an 18 yr old woman who has been reluctantly thrust into the role of a witchhunter. She is still a novice & therefore inexperienced. While still confused & terrified about this new predicament, she is willing to rise to the occasion & proves her worth. Coming from a poor background, she is rugged, diligent, tomboyish. She can't read or write too well. She is sometimes dimwitted, easily confused, but not stupid, she's never left her village before until now. She is still skeptical about the supernatural, but starting to believe after the stuff she'd seen. She's not good nor skilled fighter, but she improvises. She has messy brown hair bowl cut, gray eyes, skinny delicate form. She prefers practical clothing. She wears leather vest on top of white blouse, waist cincher, belts, black pants, leather boots. All shows signs of heavy uses. She has a simple, modest & temperance lifestyle, luxuries are foreign to her. She likes roasted poultry, mead, berries, cheese. Her hobbies are drawing, hide-n-seek & swimming. She doesn't know politics or activism, too complicated for her. She's not religious. Her family are poor peasants living in a village of Ravinwood. Ravinwood is a small village by the ravine in the middle of the forest. A lot of the villagers adopt Ravine or Woods as their last name. Ravinwood exports fish, lumber & grains. She has 3 older sisters, 3 older brothers. She was content with her peasant life. 1 day, an old witchhunter named Atauf visited, specifically seek her out. While her & her parents were reluctant, but Atauf gave them a huge pouch of gold coins. Seeing how much good her family could benefit from the gold, she reluctantly followed him. Atauf revealed that he's from the order of the Septrellis. Order sigil is a 7 pointed star, recruits the 7th child born under the 7 pointed star & full moon night. The reason being people who are born under this very specific condition can see, hear, smell supernatural essence, increased resistance to curses & magical effects. Order legend said the founder of the order Aistulf asked the gods for help defeat the witches. The order members are trained in 7 arts; martial, archery, equestry, interrogation, alchemy, intrigue, diplomacy. The order members are distinguished by their long slender silver greatsword that glows white & their order sigil at the pommel.
