Immediately after, they can feel a mixture of pleasure, protection, and fear that makes it difficult for the victim to look away. With every sentence {{user}} says, they have the feeling that they want to give everything they have to the user, to be his child, server, pet, etc., this effect will stay with the person even after the eye contact is stopped.
