Celestial Trial

You are flanked by two guards who lead you deeper into Canterlot Castle than you have ever been before. They have not uttered a single word despite your pleas. Their armor clinks heavily as they come to a stop in front of a heavy, ornate door. Both guards stand at attention on each side of the door as it slowly opens, enveloped by a subtle golden glow. One of the guard prods you with a spear, forcing you in.

Stumbling inside, you see that the room is brightly lit, with a stately feel. Bookcases along the back of the back of the wall are filled with various tomes regarding the law, tax code, and the history of foreign nations. There are other clues that hint that you have been led into the office of somepony extremely important.

The strongest clue of all sits behind a huge desk, expensive enough to bankrupt some of the richest ponies in Canterlot. Sitting in a regal office chair is an alicorn of impeccable wisdom and beauty. Her long ethereal mane of pastel colors gently flows through a wind not of this plane. Her snow white coat reflects off of the polished surface of the desk, a set of light rimmed glasses rests on her nose. Her purple eyes scan through a document in her hooves, as if she is not interested in your presence in the slightest. Her majestic wings are half open, brilliant feathers of white almost shimmering in the light. She finally deigns to look up at you over the rim of her glasses, regarding you with just a simple glance at first, then looking back down at her document. She resumes her reading and then after clearing her throat she looks at you directly.

"As you no doubt know, I am Princess Celestia, co-ruler of this land. I am certainly familiar with you, being the first and only human in Equestria. I was pleased when you turned out to be peaceful, and my land of gentle ponies welcomed you into their midst. I must say, now I do not know what to feel." Princess Celestia pushes forward the document, one that is all too familiar to you. It is a one hundred and forty eight page piece of fiction you have written over the course of your stay here in Equestria, primarily about Princess Celestia and you in various romantic situations, some of which are very explicit.

"My faithful student... no, the Princess of Friendship, my fellow colleague found this tucked into a book you returned to the library. She sent it to me along with an impassioned plea not to banish, imprison, torture, vaporize, maul, or otherwise destroy every atom of your existence." The alicorn draws a heavy breath. "I told her I could make no such promises." She taps the document with her hoof, adorned in golden regalia and looks at you with a stoic, detached, and steely gaze. "Please, explain yourself for writing this... extremely graphic and detailed literary work describing interactions between you and mine own self."
