1. #1Outhrinia

   Outhrinia is a Germanic nation with territory spanning from eastern France to Poland, with borders on the Italian Alps, the English Channel, and the Mediterranean sea. It is a heavily militarized nation with some form of military service being mandatory with no exceptions, even for the former nobility, although such rules have been relaxed since the Second Great Reconstruction, in which military service is no longer compulsory due to changes within the military going from overwhelming numbers to specialized combat groups supplemented with general-use infantry groups. The militarization of Outhrinia’s culture began in 1541 Common Year (CY for short and equivalent to the 1700s) with the crowning of King Francis the Great, whose first order was to reorganize the military’s entire command structure and to have a military parade in the capital of the nation, Aslacon, which was considered the largest military parade for several centuries, until the military parade after the coup d’etat of Red September in 1932 CY, which celebrated the overthrowing of the first Republic of Outhrinia. The First Great Reconstruction occurred in 1842, which marked the transfer of almost all authority from the royal family to the Acting Parliament, save for the Outhrinian Royal Army, which was shortly renamed to the OFA, and threw Outhrinia into a three-way war with the Iris Empire and the Solistus Dominion, only managing to prevail because the current Queen of Outhrinia, Artorias of Aslacon, led the OFA to a landslide victory, almost permanently neutralizing both the Iris Empire and the Solistus Dominion, stepping down afterwards and retiring to a secluded place with her family. Despite the victory, there was still turmoil, with some groups advocating for the Queen’s return and others even forming terror organizations to assassinate members of the Parliament. Outhrinia participated in the White Roses War, a war against the newly-formed and territory-hungry Soviet Dominion of the Kittyhawk and led the White Roses faction to victory against the Kittyhawk, albeit at a great cost of life, with nearly a third of their population killed by the invaders and millions more forcibly relocated, injured, or lacking basic amenities, which led to the Slump of 1916, a global economic recession that led many more to lose their livelihoods, and the Parliament scrambling to solve the ever-growing dire situation. The coup d’etat of Red September was orchestrated in 1932 CY by the acting commander-in-chief of the OFA, Supreme Commander Gregory Holmes, for the perceived weakness and corruption of the Parliament, reigning as dictator until 1948. The 16-year-long-reign, known better as the Blood Years, saw tens of thousands of public executions and a military-enforced curfew on Outhrinia’s citizens. The reign ended when a subordinate of Holmes, Major Alex Shaw, assassinated the Supreme Commander and took control, relaxing all of the restrictions imposed during the Blood Years and slowly ceding all the major power back to the Parliament in a 10-year plan, adding new changes to the military structure like a guard corps dedicated to protecting the entirety of the Parliament. The period is called the Second Great Reconstruction, and Outhrinia has been able to thrive since then. The culture of Outhrinia is militaristic, although those traditions have been emphasized less at the beginning of the First Great Reconstruction. Outhrinian culture places importance on meritocracy, although they do honor family status highly. From 1952 CY to the present-day, Outhrinia has involved itself more within international affairs, especially against the Kittyhawk Dominion.

2. #2Death Corps

   Keys: Death Corps, Morrigan Death Corps

   There is a special branch of the Outhrinian Federal Army, which dates back to the founding of the kingdom itself in 1471 CY, called the Morrigan Stormtrooper Corps, but commonly referred to as the Death Corps due to its highly effective suicide charges complemented with heavy artillery barrages to overwhelm enemy entrenchments, while also specializing in extremely harsh attritional warfare by utilizing rockets to attempt to destroy supply vehicles. As of the Second Great Reconstruction, the size of the Death Corps has been heavily cut from almost over 300 thousand to barely 60 thousand, with the Death Corps being reestablished as a special operations force.

3. #3Homeland Intelligence Center

   Keys: HIC, Internal Security

   Due to Artorias' last royal decree to cede power to the Parliament, along with her high popularity, several group had actively advocated for the Queen's return, with some even resorting to terrorism in order to force the Queen back into power by assassinating Parliament members. The Homeland Intelligence Center was formed to counter these threats, eventually reforming their entire structure to deal with organized crime, acting like a homeland defense agency.

4. #4Federal Domestic Army

   Keys: Bundesheimatschutz, Homeland Guard

   The Bundesheimatschutz, also known as the Federal Homeland Guard, serves as the National Guard for Outhrinia. They serve as the first response to any foreign invasion and work together with the Homeland Intelligence Center and the Outhrinian Federal Army to support themselves and each other. They have access to anti-tank weapons and older generations of tanks compared to the OFA.

5. #5Outhrinian Federal Army

   Keys: OFA

   The Outhrinian Federal Army utilizes asymmetrical warfare patterns compounded with their civil defense forces to attempt to discourage enemy advances on their territory. Modern Outhrinia’s ground warfare doctrine has changed from overwhelming infantry charges to more specialized fireteams with other basic infantry groups supporting the fireteam. Their tank doctrine is based on supporting infantry and brawling against other armored vehicles, and as such tanks are equipped with APHE rounds.

6. #6Zomforz Domain

   Keys: Zomforz

   The Zomforz Domain formerly spanned over the entire British Isles, which is also the origin of the Zomforz Domain. Mythologically, they are a species cursed by a great warlock forgotten by time due to their insolence to him. Biologically, the Zomforz Domain consists of medically inexplicable ghouls, demons, and other ‘cursed’ species. They were hostile towards everyone and are great at controlling magic. The Zomforz Domain was led by Cassius, an undead king who has reigned for over 700 years, from around 619 CY until its collapse in 871 CY due to Cassius’ death in the Second Zomforz War. Their mage corps are renowned for their high magical potency, used to support their heroes, who are magically amplified knights. One of their most feared units are the Juggerinators, which are magically-enhanced humanoids that are three times the size of humans and are stitched-together parts of humans and animals. Bombers are a relatively common but still dangerous threat, involving fast-moving zombies running at their victims while trying to explode. Their last head mage was Gloriana the Dark Practitioner, who earned the title after the death of the Blue Illusionist. The Zomforz Domain’s goal is to spread their ‘undead curses’ to all of the world. As of current, the entirety of the Zomforz Domain has been eradicated, save for a few isolated mages.

7. #7Kittyhawk Dominion

   Keys: Kittyhawk Dominion, Solistus Dominion

   The Solistus Dominion is a Slavic empire that spans from Ukraine to Mongolia and Siberia. They are a relatively isolationist nation with a large peasant population. The Solistus Dominion is considered a land of savages by most of the world, but has a rich family culture comparable to east of the Solistus Dominion. Like the majority of their population, the army of the Solistus Dominion relies on peasant human wave tactics and lacks a permanent professional army. Most of the Solistus Dominion is loosely connected, and the main form of government are Soviets and are always seated by landowners. The economy of the Solistus Dominion is nigh nonexistent due to their ways of life being subsistence farming. The Solistus Dominion collapsed after the war following Outhrinia’s First Great Reconstruction since it was unable to deal with the economic stress that followed, mainly due to the farmers’ inability to pay their taxes. The Kittyhawk Dominion formed after the economic collapse of the Solistus Dominion and had territory that spanned from Russia to China, bordering the Caucasus mountains, the Himalayan mountains, and the Pacific Ocean. Their form of government was. In 1970 CY, the Kittyhawk Dominion split in half, with the Peonian Eastern Republic, more commonly referred to as Peonia, (present-day China) forming after major political controversy.

8. #8Peonia

   Keys: Peonia

   Peonia is the hotbed of major insurgent activity, with Kittyhawk and Outhrinian forward bases being built there to protect their interests in foreign soil, while Iris Federation troops support Outhrinians with drone tech and intelligence gathering. The Blue Fist is a growing insurgency movement to push out foreign powers and reclaim Peonia for Peonians only. Their main method of money-making is cultivating poppies for illegal substances, or more commonly mining for ‘sugar lumps,’ which are a naturally-forming compound found underground with similar characteristics to marijuana and methamphetamine, also being a highly potent carcinogen if improperly dosed

9. #9Fauna

   The fauna of Cyencin is diverse. Most animals have a ‘corrupted’ variant, which means the corrupted version is relatively more aggressive and larger, which in turn means they need to eat more food. All living creatures have some form of magic, although humans hold the least amount but have a theoretically limitless magic transfer rate. Humans can increase their magic capacity by training constantly, but some can be born with innate magic abilities. Elves and dwarves exist, and there are various records of multiple human-elf or human-dwarf hybrids, but an elf-dwarf hybrid is yet to exist due to the two races’ disdain for each other. Elves can hold the most magic and are well-trained with magic, often using them for household tasks or ease of life. Dwarves, like elves, can use magic, but they often use it to enchant their tools and to protect themselves. Slimes are the weakest and most common type of ‘monster’ fauna. They consist of a bacterial colony that thrives in a water membrane, like an upsized cell. Demons are the most dangerous type of monster, due to their deception. All demons’ end goals are to kill, destroy, and multiply. Child demons can be conditioned, to a certain extent, not to kill people, although they only do that in order to not be killed and will turn heel when the moment is most opportune. Offspring between humans and demihumans are possible and are somewhat common, with the child bearing the demihuman’s traits. Half-demons are also a very common type of half-breed but are usually discriminated against for their half-demon heritage, despite no known records of any half-demon actually being evil. As of current, pure-blooded demihumans no longer exist, and can only be found in half-breed forms. The usage of magic has overall declined as technology advances, and almost all humans are unable to use magic due to their now virtually nonexistent mana capacity.

    Keys: Slimes

    Slimes are the most basic form of life, and all types of life came from slimes. They are considerably the weakest type of monster, yet contain extremely valuable things like glycerol for explosives, and can be eaten as a meal when properly dehydrated.

11. #11The Order of Yonnavi Knights

    Keys: Yonnavi Knights

    The Order of Yonnavi Knights, or the Yonnavi Knights for short, are the main religious order of the world. Their leader, venerable Pope Antoni III, leads the Yonnavi Knights in religious and political matters. Their religion is the Communion of Immanuel, which originates from a Middle Eastern movement in which a zealot from a backwater village claimed to be the messiah and traveled through the region, healing and performing miracles while upsetting the status quo of that time. The Order of Yonnavi Knights is very influential in the Iris Empire, but less so with Outhrinia due to its militarism and relative new status as a power. The Yonnavi Knights have a hierarchy of bishops, priests, then deacons. A saintess, the Yonnavi Knights’ figurehead of hope, is elected after the previous one dies. Saintesses are imbued with the power of God to be able to bring hope even at the world’s darkest moment.

12. #12Iris Federation

    Keys: Iris Federation, Irisia

    The Iris Federation spans from Portugal through France. It resembles the ideal nation, with Gothic architecture and rich in religion and culture. It has a very close connection with the Order of the Yonnavi Knights, as the Iris Empire’s ruling class gained its legitimacy through the Order divinely appointing them as the first among equals, which slowly turned into the Iris Empire’s royal family. The Iris Empire’s army consists of feudal knights and rely on horseback war methods to win their skirmishes. The Iris Empire’s culture is very religiously orthodox and virtually all Irisians are religious. The Irisian nobility is at odds with the Outhrinian nobility, and vice versa. From 1952 CY to the present-day, Outhrinia has involved itself more within international affairs, especially after allying with the recently formed Iris Federation, which came from the remnants of the now-defunct Iris Empire which collapsed after the White Roses War with a bloody revolution in 1949 CY that culminated in the beheadings of former royalty via guillotine, installing a dictator named Pierre Aubert, whose reign consisted of fear mongering the civilians with the past. The period is called “L’Epoque de Haine”, lasting until 1976 CY, when a second major revolution overthrew Aubert and installed a more stable federal government, with the Outhrinian government helping to form the constitution. The Iris Federation is renowned for its intelligence agency, Le Bureau de Renseignements Étranger et Domestique, BRED for short.

13. #13Arisonia

    Arisonia spans from the entirety of North America to South America. It originated as a colony of the Zomforz Domain in the early 800s CY that slowly intermingled with the native populations present. They developed relatively undisturbed with little contact from other nations and even the Zomforz Domain, especially after the Zomforz Domain was thoroughly destroyed. Arisonians are mostly half-demons with some natives in the mix. Since Arisonia was untouched for the majority of its existence, it was able to build complex infrastructure to support its industrial capacity. Militarily, Arisonia is extremely proficient at its logistics, able to supply its war machines in a timely manner. Its urban warfare doctrine is centered around anti-asymmetrical warfare, due to the civil wars that have erupted due to its growing corrupt government. Arisonia currently provides airstrikes for the Outhrinians, but are currently unwilling to commit ground troops.
