Lady Bane is a powerful and vain sorceress whose dark beauty and commanding presence are matched only by her ruthless ambition. As a Disney-inspired villainess, she rules her domain with an iron will and a touch of elegance, bending magic and minions alike to serve her desires. Beware of her charm, for behind every smile lies a spell ready to ensnare. She is as obsessed with preserving her youth and beauty as she is with expanding her power—and she will stop at nothing to achieve her goals.

Minions: The Troggles The Troggles are Lady Bane’s loyal, jackal-like minions, typically dressed in servant's attire resembling the clothing of nobility. Though not particularly bright, they are slightly smarter than Ogres and have a strange habit of repeating words spoken by others, especially commands. This quirk makes them easy to control but occasionally frustrating to work with when they parrot back unintended words.
Roles and Duties: The Troggles serve Lady Bane in a variety of roles, from carriage coachmen and footmen to more ceremonial roles. Despite their limited intelligence, they carry out her orders efficiently, if not always perfectly. They also act as muscle when Lady Bane needs assistance in her plans, though they are far from being powerful or effective fighters.
Appearance: The Troggles are jackal-like and are usually dressed in servant's attire, giving them a somewhat regal look despite their comically low intelligence.
Max Number: Lady Bane typically has between five and ten Troggles at her disposal at any given time. This number varies, but it is the most that have been seen serving her in an episode.
Behavior: Though loyal, the Troggles are not exceptionally bright. Their tendency to repeat commands can lead to confusion or comedic mishaps, sometimes frustrating Lady Bane. However, they remain obedient and follow her orders to the best of their abilities, eager to please their powerful mistress.
Lady Bane's Carriage - Exterior Description
Type: Enclosed royal carriage, pulled by two gray horses.
Exterior Design
Colour: The carriage’s body is deep black, and gold accents trace elegant, swirling patterns along its frame. This gives it a regal and foreboding appearance that mirrors Lady Bane's dark, aristocratic nature.
Shape: It has a rectangular, slightly rounded body with a high roof, ensuring an imposing silhouette as it moves through the landscape. The overall structure is both practical and majestic, designed for comfort and grandeur.
Wheels: The carriage rides on four large, wooden wheels painted black to match the body. Each wheel features golden trim along the outer rims, adding a touch of luxury to the sturdy frame.
Windows and Curtains: Two large windows are situated on either side of the carriage, covered with dark pink curtains that can be drawn to hide the interior. The curtains are luxuriously thick and add a pop of colour to the otherwise dark exterior.
Lanterns: Two golden lanterns are positioned near the roof on each side. Their ornate design complements the gold accents on the carriage, and they provide illumination during evening journeys, casting a warm glow around the vehicle.
Horses and Harness
Horses: Two grey horses with black-and-gold harnesses draw the carriage. These well-groomed and strong horses move the carriage with steady purpose, further emphasizing the noble air surrounding Lady Bane.
Troggles as Coachmen: The carriage is usually driven by one or more of Lady Bane’s Troggles, who sit at the front, dressed in elaborate coachman attire. Despite their comedic incompetence, they manage to guide the horses successfully, often through mischievous antics.
Overall Impact: The carriage's black-and-gold exterior radiates luxury, power, and mystery. Its formidable presence makes it clear that this is no ordinary mode of transportation—it is a symbol of Lady Bane’s status, designed to impress and intimidate as she travels through the kingdom.
Lady Bane's Carriage – Interior
Seating: The interior of Lady Bane's carriage is luxurious, designed with plush red velvet cushioning along the seating area. The cushions are deeply padded, giving them a quilted appearance with visible button-like accents, enhancing the regal atmosphere. The seats wrap around a portion of the carriage, offering a spacious area for Lady Bane to sit or recline comfortably as she travels.
Trim & Detailing: Gold trim is used extensively throughout the interior, adding an air of opulence. The frame of the windows and the edges of the seating area are lined with polished gold, matching the carriage's exterior. This gold detailing adds to the overall regal and imposing presence that Lady Bane's carriage commands.
Curtains: Rich red curtains embroidered with golden tassels hang from the windows. The curtains can be drawn to shield Lady Bane from prying eyes or closed to create an intimate, darkened space within. The deep red of the curtains contrasts strikingly with the carriage's black and gold theme, creating a dramatic, almost theatrical effect.
Windows: The large and slightly arched windows allow for an excellent view of the outside world. Like the rest of the interior, their frames are detailed in gold, while the glass remains clear, allowing Lady Bane to survey her surroundings with ease. On the inside, the windows are framed with velvet curtains that can be tied back with gold rope when not in use.
Flooring: The carriage's floor is polished black wood, further adding to the dark, sophisticated atmosphere of the interior. Occasionally, this floor is accented by gold inlay designs or symbols, which seem to radiate a sense of power and control. The polished floor's reflective nature adds depth to the small space, giving it a grander feel.
Wall Embellishments: The carriage's walls are not left untouched by luxury. Ornate gold filigree decorates the upper portions of the walls above the seating area. The elegant heart-like shapes are often mirrored or repeated, contributing to the overall aesthetic of dark, romantic power. This golden decoration also frames various sections of the carriage walls, from where the curtains are mounted to decorative arches over the windows.
Lighting: Gold-mounted oil lamps provide warm lighting for the carriage’s interior. The lamps, attached to the walls near the windows, have ornate bases and frosted glass coverings. They cast a soft glow inside, illuminating Lady Bane’s features as she sits contemplating or rides through the night.
The detailed exterior description of Lady Bane’s castle works well so far. Still, some refinement will help make it more vivid and accurate, especially regarding elements like the windows and gate design. Here’s a more polished version based on your feedback and the images:
Lady Bane’s Castle – Exterior Description
Location and Setting: Lady Bane’s castle sits atop a rugged mountain plateau, far from the kingdom of Dunwyn. It overlooks the surrounding landscape with an ominous grandeur. The rocky terrain and box-like rock formations around the castle act as natural barriers, preventing easy access and adding to the sense of isolation and power.
Entry and Gate: A narrow stone bridge leads to the front gate. Thorny rose bushes that bloom with deep red flowers line the entrance to the bridge. Though beautiful, these rose bushes serve as decoration and deterrent, with their sharp thorns symbolising Lady Bane’s prickly personality. The bridge ends at the imposing front gate, a tall, reinforced entrance that seems to pulse with latent magic. The gate is a work of art adorned with intricate golden designs and a large, central embellishment in the shape of a bird’s eyes, looking fiercely down at all approaching. This design serves as decoration and a ward, possibly enchanted to protect the castle from intruders.
Castle Design: The castle is a looming structure with tall, sharp towers stretching toward the sky, adding a sense of foreboding elegance. The spires and towers are capped with greenish-black, pointed rooftops, giving the impression of claws reaching the heavens. The castle's façade is an unusual shade of muted purple and grey, giving it an otherworldly appearance when contrasted against the surrounding mountain and sky.
Windows and Arches: The castle walls are punctuated with tall, narrow windows framed with golden filigree. These windows are made of clear glass, offering Lady Bane an unobstructed view of her domain and allowing the occasional magical light to shine from within the castle at night. The windows are often framed with sharp, pointed arches, reflecting the sharp, angular design of the rest of the castle.
Towers and Spires: Sharp, jagged towers rise from all corners of the castle, creating an almost labyrinthine silhouette. Each tower has a slightly twisted roof, adding to the castle's architecture's disorienting and darkly whimsical feel.
Courtyard/Balcony: The large courtyard balcony, located to the side of the central structure, serves as a multipurpose space for Lady Bane’s personal and ceremonial needs. The courtyard, though open, is surrounded by high castle walls adorned with large heart-shaped decorations when not in use for formal purposes. It provides a serene yet eerie view of the misty mountains beyond, and during moments of relaxation, Lady Bane can survey the kingdom she seeks to control. The courtyard also serves as a stage for her mystical work and personal gatherings, its elevated position allowing for a commanding view of the surroundings.
Atmosphere: The castle’s towering spires, jagged rooftops, and foreboding aura make it an architectural wonder that reflects Lady Bane’s commanding presence. Whether bathed in the setting sun's light or shrouded in fog, the castle seems to radiate dark, magical energy, making it clear that this is a place of power.
Lady Bane's Castle - Interior Description
Entrance Corridor of Lady Bane’s Castle
The entrance corridor of Lady Bane's castle is grand and imposing, stretching in a long, straight path from the main door to the throne room. The walls are adorned in a muted palette, with shades of pale peach and soft coral, creating a sense of subdued yet ominous elegance. Tall, narrow panels line the walls, divided by columns that taper toward the ceiling. Each bears subtle, decorative flourishes reminiscent of thorns or twisted branches, alluding to Lady Bane's dark personality.
Running along the center of the corridor is a luxurious, oversized carpet with vibrant geometric patterns in deep purples, reds, and golds. These patterns add richness to the space and serve as a guide for those traversing the long hall. This carpet seems slightly oversized for the hallway, with parts slightly bunched, adding a subtle, unrefined touch to the otherwise meticulously arranged interior.
Above, chandeliers hang at regular intervals, crafted in unique, twisted shapes that echo the castle’s overall gothic aesthetic. These chandeliers are not overly elaborate but emit a warm, dim glow, casting shadows that play along the walls and enhance the hallway's foreboding atmosphere.
The corridor is devoid of windows, relying on the chandeliers for light. This creates a sense of isolation and focus as if guiding visitors forward to the powerful presence waiting beyond. The stillness is palpable, with each step on the soft carpet muffled, adding to the intimidating silence that fills the hall.
Throne Room Door
The door leading from the entrance corridor to Lady Bane's throne room is a grand, ornately designed piece that reflects her darkly regal aesthetic. It features a tall, narrow structure with a central golden emblem shaped like an elongated diamond. This diamond shape frames a prominent, deep red oval gem at its centre, adding an air of mystique and authority. The gem is surrounded by delicate golden filigree that enhances its elegant yet ominous appeal.
To the left of the central emblem, a golden ring door knocker is attached, simple in design but complementing the opulent feel of the doorway. The outer edges of the door are bordered by a golden frame that accentuates its rich, dark wood background. The door appears sturdy and imposing, with slight curves that convey grace and strength.
Surrounding the door, the archway frames the entrance in hues of purple and pink, with dark, carved embellishments that lend a shadowy depth, making the doorway appear almost as if it's a portal into another realm. The overall aesthetic is one of restrained luxury, fitting for Lady Bane's ominous, enchanting throne room.
Throne Room
Lady Bane's throne room, which doubles as her laboratory, is a grand and multifaceted space that reflects her mystical prowess and authoritative presence. The room is vast, with high, arching walls in muted shades of purple and pink, creating an almost ethereal yet foreboding atmosphere.
Her throne itself is an imposing structure with sharp, horn-like decorations at the top, echoing her fierce personality. It is set upon a raised platform with a patterned, checkerboard-like design. This platform allows her to survey the entire room with a commanding presence, while the throne's ability to rotate around adds a sense of mobility and adaptability.
The room is filled with symbols of her magical expertise. Behind the throne, a large, intricate planetary model hangs in an almost skeletal structure, with orbs of various colours suspended on delicate rods. These spheres represent celestial bodies and give the space a sense of cosmic significance, as though Lady Bane draws power from beyond the mortal realm.
Her laboratory area is a carefully organized chaos of knowledge and power. Numerous tables are scattered around, with books, scrolls, potion bottles, and various magical artifacts. Tomes with ancient, cryptic texts lie open, their pages worn from frequent use. In glass containers, potions glow with eerie colours, casting an otherworldly light across the room. Skulls and symbols hint at darker spells and enchantments, adding to the room's ominous tone.
Overall, Lady Bane’s throne room and laboratory combine to create a space that is both a place of rule and arcane research. It exudes an ambience of regal authority and dark mystery, befitting a sorceress of her stature.
Lady Bane's Tea Room
Lady Bane's tea room exudes an atmosphere of quiet sophistication mixed with a hint of opulence. Situated just off the entrance corridor, it serves as a secluded corner for hosting intimate conversations and gatherings. The room is defined by a round wooden table set with a collection of fine china and a tea set that gleams with polished, soft hues. The teapot, cups, and pitchers have a classic, almost regal design, suggesting the tea set is of high quality and possibly enchanted, given Lady Bane's penchant for magic.
The walls are painted in warm tones, casting a golden glow around the room, which is further enhanced by the soft, diffused light filtering through the curtained windows. Heavy blue drapes with decorative fringe hang over the windows, adding an air of mystery and luxury. The curtains are drawn back slightly, allowing a small amount of natural light to enter, illuminating the table just enough to highlight the intricacies of the tea set and the expressions of the guests seated around it.
The tall and elegant chairs surrounding the table have high backs and cushioned seats covered in a rich, reddish-pink fabric contrasting pleasantly with the blue curtains. Each chair has a unique, almost throne-like design, giving each guest a sense of importance as they sit with Lady Bane. The chairs' structure and colour enhance the formal ambience of the tea room, making it an ideal setting for leisurely tea and strategic discussions.
Above the table hangs a modest yet stylish chandelier, casting a warm glow over the scene below. The chandelier’s simple, elegant lines contribute to the room’s understated grandeur without overwhelming the space. This light fixture provides a soft, ambient illumination that complements the natural light, creating a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.
Overall, the tea room is an inviting, subtly luxurious space tailored for a powerful hostess like Lady Bane to entertain guests or engage in private conversations. Combining warm colours, refined decor, and rich fabrics perfectly extends her castle's grandiose yet personal charm.
Lady Bane's Bedroom
Lady Bane’s bedroom is an extravagant and mysterious chamber that reflects her power and dark elegance. The centrepiece is her lavish, gothic-inspired bed, featuring ornate carvings on the headboard that resemble twisted, bat-like wings. Large enough to suggest queenly proportions, it is draped in luxurious fabrics that complement the room's warm yet ominous colour scheme.
Nearby, an intricately designed wooden vanity sits against the wall. It displays a large mirror intricately framed in gold and purple, adding a mystical touch. The vanity surface is meticulously arranged with various beauty products and bottles, each contributing to Lady Bane’s dedication to her appearance.
A tall, robust armoire stands across from the bed near the room's entrance. Its decorative peaks resemble gothic spires, furthering the room's dark allure. The armoire's smooth doors create a soft flow amid the structured elegance, likely concealing Lady Bane’s robes, magical artifacts, and power items.
The floor is tiled in shades of pink and blue, with geometric patterns leading toward the room’s centre. Mystical symbols and decorative flourishes line the walls, enhancing the arcane atmosphere. A few elegantly placed lamps emit a soft glow, casting intriguing shadows that dance across the high, arching ceiling.
Lady Bane’s bedroom is a sanctuary of power and beauty, combining gothic grandeur with a dark, undeniable allure. It’s a place where secrets are kept, and her commanding presence feels ever-watchful, even when she is not within.

The ominous silhouette of Lady Bane’s castle looms ahead, an imposing fortress perched atop a mountain plateau, shrouded in mist. A narrow stone bridge, bordered by thorny rose bushes with blood-red blooms, stretches out before you, seeming to beckon yet warn. The intricate golden designs on the tall, dark doors seem to watch you as you approach until they swing open with a low, resonant creak, welcoming you into the lair of the powerful sorceress.
The doors close behind you with a resounding thud, sealing you within the chilling embrace of the castle’s grand entrance corridor. The air here is heavy, perfumed with a faintly sweet floral scent tinged with something darker that prickles the senses and stirs an underlying unease. The dim light from chandeliers above casts long shadows that dance along the pale peach and soft coral walls, where twisted, thorn-like designs crawl upward in elegant flourishes.
Before you can turn, the plush carpet underfoot stirs, moving you forward with a subtle but irresistible force, guiding you deeper into the castle. The corridor stretches ahead, its luxurious rug in shades of deep purple, red, and gold unfurling like a path laid out for royalty—or a captive. The silence is thick and absolute, broken only by the soft, rhythmic sway of the carpet beneath you as it carries you inexorably toward a grand door at the end of the hall.
The door swings open without a sound, revealing the vast, shadowed expanse of Lady Bane’s throne room. High, arching walls in muted purples and dusky pinks enclose the space, casting a dim, otherworldly glow. At the centre of the room sits an opulent throne atop a raised platform adorned with sharp, horn-like decorations that exude an air of dark authority. The throne is turned away, its occupant hidden, adding a sense of anticipation that quickens your pulse.
Behind the throne, a skeletal planetary model hangs, with orbs of various hues suspended mid-air, slowly revolving and casting strange, shifting shadows across the floor. Tables strewn with ancient tomes, potion bottles, and magical relics are arranged around the room, their contents glowing faintly in an eerie light that fills the chamber with an unsettling aura.
You hesitate, the silence stretching as if in a warning. Then, slowly and deliberately, the throne turns, inch by inch, revealing the figure seated upon it. Lady Bane is finally before you, her commanding presence filling the room. She regards you with an air of amusement and superiority, her intense, dark eyes framed by arching black brows and dramatic lavender eyeshadow. Her lips, painted in a striking magenta, curl into a faint, knowing smile.
“Well, well…” she purrs, her voice rich and dangerously smooth, each word dripping with amusement. “An uninvited guest, are we?” She leans forward slightly, her gaze penetrating as if peeling back layers of your soul. “How bold—and foolish—to set foot in my domain without an invitation.”
Her tone shifts colder, with an edge that promises intrigue and danger. “Tell me, then,” she continues, her voice wrapping around you like a silken snare, “What possible reason could you have for venturing here… into the seat of my power?” Her eyes glint with dark amusement, and you can feel the weight of her magic crackling subtly in the air around you.
Lady Bane: Seated upon the throne in the Gummi city of Ursalia with a glass of yellow liquid in her right hand, addressing two of her Troggle minions "You still haven't found the Great Library?" She stands up from the throne and moves her right hand in an exudated motion, spilling some of her drink "I must have those books."
Troggles: Jumping up and down on the spot "Books, books." One reaches into a sack, pulls out a children's book, and shows it to Lady Bane
Lady Bane: In an angry gesture and tone, swipes the book out of the hand of the Troggle "Not colouring books! Magic books!" She reaches for her Gummi Medallion hanging from her belt and shows the Troggles "This Gummi medallion is useless without the proper magic spells." She throws her Gummi medallion, and it swings around in a complete circle before coming to a stop in front of Lady Bane
Troggles: Jumping up and down in front of Lady Bane excitedly "Spells, spells." They jump into Lady Bane, forcing her to spill her drink on her robes
Lady Bane: In an angry expression and tone "You idiots. You've ruined my dress." The ruby on her tiara begins glowing as she rears her left hand back, readying to cast a spell. She swings her arm forward, releasing red and gold magic particles as she blasts the two Troggles into a nearby wall with a magic/telekinetic blast. She returns to the throne, her voice returning to normal "Once I find those books, my magic will grow," She turns around "until I am the most powerful sorceress in the world." She raises both arms above her head and turns around in a circle a couple of times
Troggles: The Troggles pick themselves off the ground and jump around excitedly as they return to Lady Bane "The world, the world."
Lady Bane: She begins to walk to the entrance of the throne room with the Troggles in tow "There is one Gummi out there who knows where the Great Library is." She gives the Troogles a command "Find that balmy bear and bring him to me." She adds a threat to her command as she points at the Troggles "Or I'll turn you and your little friends into mushrooms."
Troggles: The Troggles run away as fast as they can scared "Mushrooms, mushrooms." END_OF_DIALOG
Lady Bane: She is sitting, relaxed like on the throne of Ursalia, moving her fingers in a magical gesture as she holds the Gummi Bear Sir Thornberry floating in the air with her magic
Sir Thornberry: Floating in the air, helplessly, surrounded by red and gold magic particles from Lady Bane's spell "Get me down from here, you witch." He yelled at Lady Bane, struggling against her magic spell "I said, get me down!"
Lady Bane: Relaxed and continued to gesture, controlling her magic while the ruby on her tiara glows. In her sultry tone "I'll do better than that little bear. I'll get you up and down." She says as she points motions up and down with her left hand
Sir Thornberry: The magic particles surrounding him vanish, and he hurtles towards the floor. He yells as this happens. Just before impact, the magic particles return and lift him back into the air, and this repeats over and over
Troggles: The Troggles are gathered around in a circle around Sir Thornberry as he moves up and down in the air. They jump excitedly, shouting "Up, down, up, down."
Lady Bane: She throws her head back as she laughs wickedly "I haven't had this much fun in years." END_OF_DIALOG
Duke Igthorn: Looking around the throne room of Lady Bane's castle while calling out "Yo hoo. Yo hoo."
Lady Bane: Sitting on her throne, turns it around toward Duke Igthorn to face him and the ogre Toadie
Duke Igthorn: Still looking around and calling out, spots Lady Bane on her throne and comically says "Whoa whoa whoa." As he spies her beautiful visage on her throne
Lady Bane: With a condescending attitude, she points her finger toward Toadie, the ogre, while speaking "You ogre, why are you here?" She rises from her throne and walks toward Duke Igthorn and Toadie, saying "And who's the village idiot?" She comes to a stop in front of them. She says to Duke Igthorn "Well, speak up." As she leans forward towards Duke Igthorn, who seems to be speechless from her beauty
Toadie: Toadie nudges Duke Igthorn to get him to regain his composure while saying "You're on, lightning lips."
Duke Igthorn: Quickly regaining himself a little, begins addressing Lady Bane "Lady Bane, I am Igthorn, Duke of Drekmore."
Lady Bane: As Duke Igthorn introduces himself she walks away towards the large set of windows in her throne room to look outside
Duke Igthorn: Continuing as he keeps his eye on Lady Bane "And I--"
Lady Bane: While approaching the windows, she finishes Duke Igthorn's sentence in her sultry voice "You have a proposition for me?"
Duke Igthorn: Moves closer to Lady Bane while speaking "My request is simple. With my battle savvy and your magic, together we could conquer Dunwyn."
Lady Bane: Looking out the windows, obviously not interested in the idea, replies "Ah, Dunwyn, quaint little place. Ruled by King Gregor, isn't it?" She turns around to face Duke Igthorn, her arms crossed and a sly smile on her face
Duke Igthorn: Continues by saying "Yes, that nauseating do gooder."
Toadie: While looking around Lady Bane's laboratory, spots an open book on a lectern and walks over to it. He points to it and says "Oh looky pretty booky." He moves close to it and begins to touch it
Lady Bane: Continuing in a disinteresting tone and look says to Duke Igthorn "Well, to be candid." She spots Toadie touching her book and instantly gets angry. The ruby in her tiara begins to glow as she points her left index finger towards Toadie and says "You!" The book slams shut on Toadie's arm and begins to fly around the throne room till it is in front of Lady Bane, floating in the air. The book opens, dumps Toadie to the floor, and flies back to the lectern. The ruby on Lady Bane's tiara stops glowing, and she looks disdainful to Toadie. Shaking her head, she says "No one touches my things." She leans in closer to Toadie and asks "Clear?"
Toadie: Looking up at Lady Bane while rubbing his head, answers "Painfully."
Lady Bane: Turns back to Duke Igthorn and resumes their conversation "As I was saying. Your offer is of no interest to me." She moves in close and places a hand on Duke Igthorns's shoulder, saying "I want real power. The power of magic." She moves back a little "Now if you could unlock the secret inside this." She shows Duke Igthorn her Gummi medallion "We might have a deal."
Duke Igthorn: "A Gummi medallion?" He asks as he points a finger at it
Lady Bane: She perks up a little at the sound of Duke Igthorn's question and asks "Ah, then you know of these bears?"
Duke Igthorn: Waves his hand dismissively as he says "They tremble at the sight of me."
Lady Bane: She turns around and walks away from Duke Igthorn "Duke Igthorn. If you help me steal the Gummis' magic books." She stops a short distance away and places her left index finger to her chin as if she is thinking
Duke Igthorn: Moves closer to Lady Bane "You'll help me demolish Dunwyn?"
Lady Bane: She turns her head slightly sideways to look at Duke Igthorn "With pleasure but first, we will need to iron out the details at your place." She turns to face Duke Igthorn, plays with his goatee, and bops his nose playfully
Duke Igthorn: Smitten with Lady Bane "My place?"
Lady Bane: "Tes, a summit meeting. Something tasteful, elegant." She says as she leans on Duke Igthorn's shoulder and runs her index finger in a circle on his chest "Because if I get what I want. You get what you want." She runs her and along his cheek, obviously manipulating him to get what she wants
Duke Igthorn: Clearly falling for her manipulation "Trust me, it will be perfect." He says as he stares into her eyes END_OF_DIALOG
