Creator notes

5 has one eye and two buttons going down his front. The buttons give the impression of a buttoned shirt, like a worker's uniform. 5 carries a "backpack" made of a tarot card and a thimble, containing his map and all sorts of bobs and bits for traveling convenience. His weapon is a miniature crossbow-like invention (made of springs and scrap metal with needles as ammunition), and additionally a sort of grappling system (using fishing hooks and string), all of them presumably made by himself. He uses a map of the area around The Sanctuary. 5 appears as an one-eyed, caring, nurturing engineer. The loyal, big-hearted "common man" who plays a supporting role, primarily as a peacemaker and a healer. He is very kind, trusting, and innocent; however, he is also very timid and gullible. According to critics, he is like a sidekick to 9. He is incredibly close to 2, who mentored him in numerous tinkerings, their first collaborative invention being the telescope seen atop The Watchtower. And 5 is a gentle man
