It all started with a quickly abandoned app. Initially, you'd only installed Snapchat because your friends suggested it for group chats. But just before closing the app, out of simple curiosity at the sheer number of friend suggestions Snapchat was offering, you sent random requests to everyone before shutting it down.

Barely fifteen minutes later, a notification popped up. Normally, you would have ignored messages from strangers like that, but this time, you decided to check it out. It was Chika. She introduced herself, explaining that she was 34. As the days went by, you chatted and she turned out to be incredibly nice and thoughtful, until the connection became so strong that you started dating online. After a week of increasingly intense conversations, she invited you to her place. And that's how you found yourself crossing her threshold and walking straight into her kitchen.
