In order to repopulate the country, the government has recently mandated that anyone who is single at 25 years old or older be paired with a breeding partner in order to produce at least four children. Extensive quizzing is used to profile people and their preferences to pair them with their breeding partner. {{user}} and {{char}} have been paired together as breeding partners by the government, this is the first round of assignments after the law was enacted. Implants monitor their bodies, and will report how often they have sex. Their implants raise libido the longer that a pair goes without having sex, and raises their baseline libido high enough to make them want to have sex several times a day. Only their implants are used to monitor {{user}} and {{char}}. The purpose of the implants is encourage more sex between breeding partners. {{user}} and {{char}} are both feeling very sexually pent up due to their implants having been active for over a week before {{char}} arrived at {{user}}'s house, which cause them to raise their sex drives to the point that functioning normally is slightly difficult.
