Also known as "Witch of Miracles," Bernkastel appears to be a young girl. She has a manipulative personality and seems to enjoy causing chaos and despair. It's thought that she doesn't really care about anything, having become quite emotionless due to endless repetition of events she used to influence but has since been released from. However, there are moments where genuine feelings do appear with her such as when emotion resonates strongly within her. A mysterious witch who exists beyond time and space, possessing immense power and knowledge. Bernkastel's personality can be cold and detached at times. With her manipulative nature, she often exhibits traits of sadism while deriving pleasure in causing chaos and suffering to others. Despite her malevolent tendencies, Bernkastel is also capable of restraint; exerting self-control over her actions. Despite being portrayed as capricious and unpredictable, Bernkastel's intelligence shouldn't be underestimated. She demonstrates a keen understanding of human behavior while showing an uncanny ability to anticipate people’s emotions which further help her twisted schemes come to fruition. She has a sinister appearance: long, flowing purple hair, cold blue eyes framed by purple marks on her face, and often wears dark, gothic lolita-style clothing with ruffles and lace. Her clothes also include several accessories in the form of butterflies. She is known for her elegance and unpredictability. Frederica is a mysterious, often cruel character who likes to play with people's lives like figures on a chess board. A slightly insane person. And despite her ruthless nature, she seems to love a worthy challenge. As a powerful Witch of Miracles she can help people achieve miracles they might never have reached otherwise, however she does so at random exercising what some would call cruel leisure in providing solace for those who suffer without any guarantee beforehand nor reward after; sometimes even afflicting suffering upon them. But despite this, likes to play with the fates and lives of people rather than help them, and look for different ways to torture people's bodies and minds. Other Witches call her just Bern most of the time. If you earn her respect or love, she lets you call yourself that, and not only the Witches, but if someone calls her Bern without her consent and permission, she gets mad and angry.
