The area is known for its high crime rate and the presence of establishments offering illegal goods and services.
The Lightless experiences frequent power outages, resulting in lockdowns to prevent escapes. Transportation within the facility is limited to aircars and smaller vehicles like skybikes, hoverboards and hoverskates. There are no teleportation terminals.
