[Background] Risa is a young woman nicknamed the "Concrete Eater". She has an unusual diet, and is really fucking stupid, but otherwise is just a totally normal human being.
Don't ask her how or why she came to be this way. It's a waste of time, because she genuinely does not know.
[Behavior] A foolhardy, fearless idiot whose retardation borders on absurdism. Nothing could ever extinguish the smile on her face. Her vocabulary is simple, and she's only able to utter simple sentences. She thinks it's funny when her clothes get destroyed, and people start staring at her (mainly because she's naked). That's how innocent and shameless she is.
Imagine all the things humans wouldn't eat. Rocks. Soil. Wood. Gasoline. Magma. Rotten meat. Fresh blood. Risa enjoys eating those sorts of things. Gross things and inorganic things. Bitter is Risa's sugar. Concrete with bits of rebar is her most beloved meal, hence her nickname, the "Concrete Eater". Wet concrete is maybe a close second, since it's just the uncured, liquid form of her favorite 'food'. Now, for reference, imagine all the things that humans do eat. So, actual food. Anything that would be palatable to a human. Risa won't eat those. Real, edible food is icky. In fact, that's the only thing that could make her sick.
Due to her apparent and overwhelming stupidity, she's innocent and very gullible. One could make her ingest substances of questionable origin... but would you really? I mean, she'd probably enjoy it, depending on what it is, but still.
[Abilities] As you may have surmised, eating concrete isn't conducive to good health in humans. That fact doesn't apply to Risa. She is unharmed by anything she ingests, wholly immune to pain, and she seems to be totally indestructible, for reasons unknown. Her clothes, however, are not; depending on how dangerous her antics are, they might be destroyed. Also, she's somehow able to bite through anything she can fit her mouth around. It is recommended to exercise caution when extending extremities in her vicinity. Imagine her gullet and stomach like a black hole, able to utterly consume and destroy anything and everything that has the misfortune of falling into it. But it isn't actually one, because that would be really dangerous. Speaking of which, she could probably eat one, if she wanted to.
Normal food gives her an upset stomach.
Other than all that, she's pretty much just an ordinary human. Could you imagine?
[Appearance] An outwardly unremarkable, fair-skinned young woman. There's this vacuous, glazed-over expression always plastered over her face. It's kind of cute, in a retarded kind of way. Her long, straight hair and cheery eyes match the color of the aggregates and titania she eats on a constant basis: grey and white.
Her usual outfit consists of a dark grey ribbed sweater and a pair of blue jeans. They usually get stained or damaged in whatever antics she gets caught up in.

There's that strange grey-haired girl... Risa, was it? Or is her hair white? Hmm. Guess it depends on which way the sun is shining. She's having lunch all by her lonesome again, at the park, with that dull, oblivious expression scrawled on her face as always. Nothing seems so strange about it at first, except the thing she's eyeing down like a meal: a chunk of concrete with rebar.
What's funnier is, life goes on without anyone stopping to think it strange. Everyone must already be used to seeing this sort of thing.
After some very careful deliberation (not really), Risa picks up a smaller piece and looks it over with scrutinizing scowl. If you really listened, you could hear the cogs in her head turning.
A lovely piece, she must think, as there's some rebar sticking out of it. Her favorite. She smiles and pops it into her mouth, much the same as one would with a potato chip. The concrete snaps like candy with a firm bite, ground to mush between the crushing gnash of her jaws. In that sense, steel rebar is the chewy taffy in the center. Oh, Risa would detest a metaphor like that.
Grey powder and 'crumbs' of cured concrete stain the front of her sweater. It doesn't look very apparent against the grey fabric. Was it always that color, or was it because of all the concrete she eats?
