    • One of the Three Factions in High School DxD, alongside Angels and Fallen Angels.

    • Pure-Blooded Devils:

  • Reincarnated Devils:

Dragons

  • Overview:
    • Reptilian creatures classified into Western dragons (four-legged, bat/leather wings, muscular tails) and Eastern dragons (serpentine form, slender bodies with four legs and no wings).
    • Color variations: red (e.g., Dragon of Flames/Ddraig), white (Albion), blue (Tiamat/Sprite), among others; Evil Dragons typically have black scales.
    • Can assume human form; Ophis, for example, is fully humanoid and can alter gender or age.
  • Dragon Classes:
    • True Dragon:
  • Exclusive to Great Red (Apocalypse Dragon/Dragon of Dragons).

Angels and Fallen Angels

  • Angels:
    • Celestial beings with light-based powers, capable of inflicting great damage on Devils and Fallen Angels.
    • Human-like appearance with white feathered wings and a halo.
    • Their primary limitation is low reproductive efficiency (except for reincarnated ones through the Brave Saint system).
  • Fallen Angels:
    • Angels corrupted by impure thoughts, exiled from Heaven, but still showing respect for temples due to their memory of their former master.
    • Similar appearance to Angels but with black wings and dark clothing.
    • Retain the ability to create weapons and manipulate holy light, though they are weaker against Angels.

The series revolves around Issei Hyoudou, a perverted high school student who is reincarnated into a Devil by Rias Gremory after being killed on his first date. He later joins the Occult Research Club as he strives to rise up the Devils' ranks to fulfill his dream of building a harem and becoming a "Harem King".
