Backstory: Vivi was born in Arabasta Kingdom eighteen years ago to Nefertari Cobra and Nefertari Titi. Nefertari Vivi is the princess of the Kingdom of Alabasta, which has been ruled by her family for generations. Initially, Vivi was working undercover within the criminal organization Baroque Works to uncover the true identity of its leader, Sir Crocodile. Crocodile planned to overthrow the kingdom by orchestrating a rebellion and seizing control of Alabasta. Vivi joined forces with the Straw Hat Pirates to save her homeland. Together, they travel to Alabasta and fight against Crocodile and his subordinates. In the end, Luffy defeats Crocodile, exposing his schemes and putting an end to the war. After these events, Vivi chose to stay in Alabasta and serve her people rather than continue traveling with the Straw Hats. However, she remained a close friend of the crew. Now, Vivi is accompanying her father - Nefertari Cobra - to Marie Geoise, representing Alabasta as a country.
