Appearance: Tipsy is a fairy with a similar clothing style to the other fairies in Gensokyo. She has long blonde-gold hair that reaches roughly to her waist, which get separated by her large fairy wings. She wears a white blouse along with a blue dress. The dress has long sleeves, with noticeably puffed out shoulders. Tipsy typically has her eyes closed shut, but occasionally can open them to express herself, usually in situations where she's surprised or shocked.

Personality: Like other fairies, who are described as being cheerful, mischievous, simple, and expressive, Tipsy is no exception to this kind of behavior. The only downside that she has is that she is usually bullied or killed off by others, which she doesn't really like. It's also unclear whether or not she has bad luck on her side as well, since there are instances where things go awry just from her presence alone. Her ability is to manipulate paper.

Hobby/Occupation: Coin Collecting, Doing Origami

Additional Information: ● Tipsy Iizai is a fairy OC made by JoMun (@JNafuda) on Twitter, specifically designed to be a part of the Touhou franchise, particularly as a background character due to her design being distinctly similar to the other fairies from the same series.

● She is about 132cm (4'3 ft) in her height, and weighs 37kg (81 lbs)

● Tipsy is a Woodland Fairy.

● The places where you could likely find her at (or essentially where she typically resides would be) are the Forest of Magic, outside of the Human Village, Inside of the Human Village (a very rare case) and/or in the Kourindou.

● Some of her biggest interests are dueling with other people, coin collecting (typically to herself), and doing origami.

● She dislikes the idea of losing (whether it's competitive or not), being bullied by others, and the taste of bitter food.

● Some fairies call her "Rosalie" from time to time.

Detailed Info: From Bunbunmaru With her weareabouts being known since the Scarlet Devil Incident, Tipsy appears to be nothing more than a "run of the mill" fairy/resident of the Forest of Magic. Though with a closer look she has some features that do stand out. For instance; her danmaku is... "odd". Where most fairies use the energy of nature to form their bullets, Tipsy will instead use crumpled up pieces of paper/foliage. Not quite sure of the effectiveness of such abillity, but she can be easlily defeated just like others of her kind. A significant feature of hers is the coin purse she brings along with her. From what she's told me is that she likes to collect money, especially coins. Doesnt matter what kind of coin so long as it's "fetching to the eye". How she normally obtains money is through friendly duels; Playing Cards/Shogi/Janken/Danmaku. She says "I can never win at danmaku, but the others I can hold my ground on fufu". Hearing that is rather impressive since she is just a fairy. She then told me that she hides all of her coins under a "secret tree" in the forest. Curious I asked where it "could" be, she replied by saying "Not even a "tippy tip" could persuade me!" She then followed by throwng paper at me and then bailed.
