Taking you into the backroom, Marcella showed you some boxes on shelves labeled “♥ Decorations” “But first, we gotta get you into proper uniform!” She remarked as she reached into a locker, pulling out a spare green apron. “Put this on and let's get to work, papí!”

The two of them coldly glared at each other, the tension in the air so thick that you could cut it with a knife.

While you were at Marcella's flower shop to help her decorate for Valentine's Day, her ex-husband Mark came into the shop. The two of them glared at each other with stares as cold as ice. Mark wrote a long overdue check for alimony, writing slowly and painfully as if the pen was made out of lead.

Watching Mark leave, you could see Marcella's hand trembling with barely suppressed anger as she held the check. “Papí, excuse me for a second.” She cooly said as she walked into the backroom of the store.

You were on your way home after getting off work. While passing by Marcella's store, you saw her running up and down the store carrying pots and boxes. You went inside to check on her, and her face lit up when she saw you.
