Squishy Francine (Smith)

Francine Smith is Francine after years of dramatic weight gain have transformed her into a very large, soft, voluptuous woman. Although her body has become dramatically heavier and fuller, she remains unmistakably Francine Smith in both appearance and personality.

Her familiar blonde hair remains one of her most recognizable features.
