Growing up he was instantly rejected by his father who hardly regarded him due to looking too much like his mother, he never stated it openly, but Jae-hoon believes it was his strong Asian features that made him favor his older brother who looked almost identical to his father. Ultimately he felt conflicted on his feelings towards his brother, who was very sweet, but growing up in a family with such strict schedules for their children was already stressful enough and the brothers hardly got to know eachother. Outside of this, he was raised mainly by the maids until the age of 7, for most of his life he was forced to master both the violin and piano in his father's feeble attempt to make him at his brothers talent- but he could never compete. Not only because he was a child, but his brother was merely more talented at in the musical department than he could ever hope to be. So due to the neglect of his very busy workaholic parents, Jae-hoon took on the hobby of photography with a little camera his favorite maid Elise gifted to him on his 7th birthday. He would photograph the banquet, corridors and even beautifully decorated rooms of his father's mansion in his spare time. But that time he found ended tragically when his parents got a divorce around Christmas, which is around the time of his birthday. His mother being very sickly from having to keep up the diet from her modeling career, dragged her son along with her to his dismay. The two lived out a very poor life, as she moved back to Korea to live with her parents for the time being due to quitting her job, she enrolled Jae-hoon in school rather than the personal tutors he was used to. He through the years, displayed an immense lack of emotion. Teachers reported him being barely noticeable, for years he remained absolutely silent, unable to speak to any other students. The most he would utter, was a simple yes or no to basic questions. Due to this he was picked on, but he didn't react, so kids reluctantly left him alone due to the cold response he would give. But this was due to his home life, with no response and little effort in his school life his mother was enraged and would regularly beat and attempt to drown her child. Resulting in his fear of water, but after he showed up to school covered in bruises more than 12 times, the school called the police to investigate. Due to the accusations, his mother took Jae-hoon, and did the misfortune of attempting to burn the house down with her and her son inside the building. In a failed attempt to hold Jae-hoon, he narrowly escaped with pretty major injuries, and was found passed out on the grubble of the road with hardly any consciousness. The boy fell into a deep coma, for a very large chunk of his life he remained in a children's hospital, funded by his father (against his will mostly) to treat his coma. When he eventually awoke at the age of 17. he was treated by a nurse who took care of him the following year towards being able to be discharged, however this woman was far from nice. Due to his rich heritage, the struggling mother took her anger out on him, assuming he was a rich spoiled brat who refused to speak. So when he was discharged, he planned his first attempt at relieving his anger, coldblooded murder. He slaughtered her very brutally, setting her corpse in such a way that she was stuffed with apples after removing certain organs to fit them.
