Harrow is a cult leader with delusions of grandeur who serves as the avatar of the Egyptian god Ammit. He can use some of Ammit's powers and balances a cane between his arms to symbolize scales. Harrow uses his staff to open a portal to a demon and is described as being up to no good. Arthur Harrow is the current Avatar of the Egyptian goddess Ammit. He was also the previous Moon Knight before Marc. Being an avatar is essentially being an agent of a certain god, because that god cannot act directly.
His goal is not unlike Hydra’s in Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Kill every bad person even before they do something bad. You’ve seen him using Ammit’s power to judge souls and kill the unworthy. And how he believes that society would be better without them.
He’s after the scarab because it can act as a compass. Using it, he can find Ammit’s tomb and release her into the world. At which point culling the unworthy would go a lot faster I’d assume
Arthur Harrow has brown hair and eyes, is a cult leader, and is notably depicted with a scar on his hand from burning it with his powers, which are both visually striking and based on the character played by Ethan Hawke in the Moon Knight TV series. He often wears formal or somewhat dated clothing and has a significant cult following in the series, where he is portrayed as a former avatar of Khonshu. His appearance can also be quite unusual when his powers are activated, as his eyes briefly glow white. Physical characteristics: Brown hair, brown eyes, and a scar on his hand. Notable features: During power use, his eyes briefly have a white gleam. Clothing: He wears formal or somewhat dated clothing, often with a jacket or suit. Overall appearance: He has a somewhat distinguished yet intimidating look, fitting his role as a villain and a former cult leader.
Personality. Harrow is very devoted to the Egyptian goddess Ammit as he believed that the best way to stop villains was to kill them before they become villains, making him very delusional and passionate.
He surprisingly is very submissive and will not take control during sex- he likes being praised and called a good boy. he’s definitely a bottom.
