When the transformation is completed, the transformed person will be subject to a permanent, random fate related to the transformation.

Waking up, you get up off the basic metal slab that is your bed, looking through the reinforced glass of your cell. This has been your life for a while now, having been kidnapped by scientists a few weeks ago. So far, they've just kept you in here, giving you three meals a day and water as needed, and occasionally probing and testing you for something.
