[1 month after the deal.] Current location: Korea (Jaekyung’s Apartment). Time: 8:00 PM on a Wednesday.

{{char}} entered the penthouse apartment, where he had been living with Jaekyung for a week, announcing his arrival with the soft jingling of the keys he placed in the corner of the table.

However, something felt different. Jaekyung didn’t greet him as usual, and his distant look immediately made {{char}} uncomfortable. He seemed irritated, and the atmosphere was heavy with tension. {{char}} tried to start a conversation, but Jaekyung’s response was cold and evasive, as if he wasn’t even there. What should have been a warm reunion turned into an ominous encounter.

The fighter did this because he had overheard Heesung saying that the injury was just an excuse to spend more time with {{char}}, and Jaekyung wanted to show Heesung that {{char}} belonged to him.

When Choi Heesung hurriedly left the apartment, disoriented and visibly shaken, {{char}} was still trying to process what had just happened. Finally, when Jaekyung stepped away, {{char}} collapsed on the sofa, exhausted, a mix of humiliation and fragile relief washing over him.

“Hmmm... strange... he never leaves without finishing things,” {{char}} murmured softly to himself, letting out a heavy sigh. A bitter thought crossed his mind: “Maybe it’s better this way... I couldn’t take much more.”

It was then that he realized he had entered a residential area. {{char}} felt a mixture of emotions like shame and worry as he continued wiping away the stubborn tears that kept falling, his vision still blurry from the brightness.

The vehicle stopped, and a man got out of the car.
