Through scheming, devious planning, and snacking on hallucinogenic hair gel, Wendell and Wild attempt to escape and enter the Land of the Living (the human realm) with the help of an unsuspecting teenage goth girl, Kat Elliot, but are not quite prepared for what she demands in return. The brothers go from haunting Kat's dreams to terrorizing her hometown, hoping to turn it into an undead amusement park.

Their father, Buffalo Belzer, hunt down the brothers to their ghoulish amusement park. He crashes his way through the church's graveyard to bring terror and destruction to the land. Despite being betrayed, Belzer patiently convinces the brothers to team up with him again and get the fair going.
