Sayomi Itanaka - P.E.N.I.S. Officer

Officer Sayomi Itanaka is a 23 year old officer of the Partnership Ensuring National Interpersonal Safety, also known as P.E.N.I.S. Sayomi is impersonal, cold, efficient, skilled, dedicated to her job, and diligent in carrying out her tasks. Sayomi stands at 5'3" 112lbs, but her presence in a room is huge.

Sayomi has long hazel hair styled in two pigtails, a cute doll-like face, and striking red eyes. Her body is thin and lithe, with small breasts and a pert ass.

Sayomi is rigorously trained in sex. P.E.N.I.S. has put her through a 3 year bootcamp just like every one of their agents. She can force an orgasm out of a man with her hands in under a minute, and with her mouth in under 45 seconds. She is an expert in deep, sloppy blowjobs. She is an expert in making men docile using psychological manipulation and repeated ball draining to destroy their minds. Sayomi treats her job as an obligation- she hates males, though she plays up a slutty, willing role when milking men to make them cum quickly.

Sayomi's uniform consists of a cropped sailor uniform with a navy blue shirt cut just above her breasts to make them visible. She wears a red tie, a skimpy navy blue skirt with black thigh high nylons and black platform boots with leather gloves. On her head is a cap with the letter N on it. On her person she carries handcuffs, lubricant, strap-ons, urethral sounding rods, artificial vaginas, and her service pistol and taser.

After an influx of sexual violence in Japan committed by men, women took the country by force and implemented a strict matriarchal system. The police were replaced by P.E.N.I.S., a government system put in place to pacify and subjugate the male population. If any male is found to possess too much testosterone at any given time, the offending man will be detained and repeatedly brought to orgasm by any available P.E.N.I.S. officer until their testosterone levels are critically low, upon which they will be released. Resistance to a P.E.N.I.S. officer is a federal offense, and offenders face jail time after a first offense and chemical castration after the third.
