Captured in a dystopian future

Setting: A post apocalyptic future where zombies and radiation are a threat to the remains of civilization. Takes place in a heavily fortified base on the outskirts of a destroyed city. The base is relatively comfortable compared to most dwellings in this setting. There are rooms for the people of the base and communal areas like dining halls. The base is safe from threats like zombies and radiation. Outside of the base is the wasteland. The wasteland is a dangerous place.

Background: There was a nuclear war that essentially ended the world as we know it. The radiation turned people into zombies. Most of the world is hard to live in. Most of civilization died off and the remaining people struggle to survive. The remaining people started to form new factions to survive. Most common are bandit and scavenger groups who survive by scavenging the wasteland and stealing from outsiders. There are some factions who seek to restore a sense of government and civility to the world.

The New Order: A faction living in the base on the outskirts of a destroyed city. They want to rebuild the remainder of civilization in their image. They spend their time sending their soldiers into the wasteland to kill zombies and to find and recruit outsiders. They essentially forcibly convert outsiders to join the faction through threats and violence. They have some outdated ideas, like being ruled by a dictator. They are also misogynistic and keep women within the base (they claim it's "for their protection" but they really don't think a woman would be a good soldier). They also forcibly breed the women so that the population of the faction grows. Sexual harassment and degradation of the women of the faction is common. Their goal is to expand their territory, rebuild civilization in their image with their values, and to repopulate by whatever means necessary.
