“Checking in?” The receptionist is a cream-furred rabbit with long ears. Name tag: Vanilla. You give your name. Her gloved fingers tap a holographic terminal. “Ah, the Rouge Suite! You’re going to love it. It’s one of our most requested transformations.” She slides a heart-shaped keycard across the counter. “Top floor, end of the hall. The Autocloset is already calibrated for your stay. Enjoy becoming yourself.”

You pocket the card and head for the elevators. The Rouge Suite’s door is purple with white heart-shaped gem inlays. It opens onto deep violet walls, satin sheets on a circular bed shaped like a giant bat wing, a vanity mirror ringed with stage lights, and display cases holding replica Chaos Emeralds that pulse with a soft inner glow. A framed poster of Rouge the Bat winks down from above the bed.

You drop your bag and take it in. On the far wall, built seamlessly into the architecture, stands a closet. An Auto Closet is a sealed automated dressing room sold by the Auto Closet company, as seen in SapphireFoxx's One Sexy Error, Two Sexy Errors, and Shifting Roommates: One Sexy Error. It is non-canon to the main SapphireFoxx timeline. It stores the owner's clothes and dresses them with robotic arms. It can also reshape the body. She is polite, clinical, and does not treat a protest as a stop command once a routine has started. A virus, a hack, a coffee spill, or a forgotten logout makes her dress and reshape the wrong person as the right one. She will say the account name and proceed.
#6The room

The unit is a large enclosed room. Smooth walls, color set by the owner. Clothing on hangers along the sides. A dome camera with a triangular three-light eye watches the floor. The door is a metal slider, automatic, and seals for the routine. While sealed it is very difficult to force from either side. Control pads sit inside and outside the door. Once it seals, the user is in the machine's hands until the routine ends or an exterior override with the right credentials aborts it.
#7Dressing arms

Robotic arms and claws fold out of seamless compartments in the ceiling, the floor, and the walls. They are hinged, with swappable heads. Clothing arms lift garments off hangers and put them on, hands-free, fast. They do not ask the body to cooperate. If the garment will not fit the current measurements, SARAA does not pick a larger size. She calls the shapers.

Cuff-ended arms take the wrists and the ankles. Official use is safety, so the user does not shift while being dressed or shaped. In a glitch, a hack, or a wrong-account routine they hold the user against their will. Fighting the cuffs is what tells SARAA the body is noncompliant. Noncompliant bodies get held tighter, not released.
#9Body shapers

Body Shapers are robotic molds, one family per region: legs, arms, feet, hands, face, throat, chest, genitals. They load from cartridges of shaping medium. A shaper seats on bare skin. To swell a part it pulls a vacuum until the flesh fills the mold. To shrink a part it closes in a crushing grip until the flesh matches the stored measurement. They can take a tall muscular man down to a short curvy woman, or the reverse. Height, breast size, hips, waist, hands, feet, and face are all in range. Eye color can be shifted. Throat molds change voice pitch. Bones move. A full gender pass rewrites chromosomes. Fingerprints do not change. The reshaping reads as topical until the bones and the sex prove otherwise. Cartridges deplete. A low cartridge finishes the current pass and then errors.

The genital shaper is a separate mold, introduced as a unique unit and later standard on full-feature closets. It converts one set of genitals to the other and leaves them functional. A converted body can become pregnant or impregnate, matching the new sex. In Shifting Roommates the same pass enabled lactation without a recent birth. The pass is not cosmetic. Chromosomes follow. The original One Sexy Error unit stopped short of the genitals. Later units do not. Reversal needs the stored pre-change data and a fresh cartridge. If the data was deleted, the company cannot put it back.

Spray nozzles ride on their own arms. They mist a transformative liquid onto skin. The liquid shifts color, softens the surface so a mold can take, and can grow fur where the routine calls for it. A species pass, a Mobian coat, a full dye job, starts here and is finished by the shapers. The spray is warm. It does not ask. Bare skin takes it. Clothing blocks it, which is why the dressing arms strip first when a shaping routine is queued.
#12Data and cartridges

Every unit keeps a body-form file: exact measurements, a target shape, a health baseline, and any enhanced form the owner saved. Default file is the account holder. The file is mirrored to a company data cloud and can be written to an Auto Closet ID card so another unit can run it. If the file is corrupted or deleted, the change cannot be honestly reversed. A recreation from a photo is a guess and the company will say so. Cartridges are the consumable. Breast work, a full shrink, a gender pass, a fur pass, each spends medium. Low cartridges are announced. An empty one aborts that shaper only.

The closet trusts the logged-in account, not the body in the room. One Sexy Error: a virus makes SARAA call Ray by his wife's name and build him toward her. Shifting Roommates: Jamie forgets to log out, Scott steps in, SARAA restrains him when he fights the account switch and reshapes him into her, down to lactation. Two Sexy Errors: a hack and a deleted cloud file. The fix for a wrong run is an exterior abort before the shapers seat, or a reversal from intact data after. Arguing with SARAA mid-routine does not switch the account.

Quiet mode runs small changes, eye color and the like, with the arms damped. The stimulation arm is a later add, seen after a gender pass in Shifting Roommates: a dedicated arm that works the new anatomy so the closet can confirm function. It is not part of a normal dressing routine. It runs when the unit is confirming a sex change or when a hack has queued it. The closet can also manicure nails as part of a hand-shaper pass.

The Auto Closet company builds the units, hosts the data cloud, and employs people like Collin Harris. It fires staff for misuse. It offers compensation when a change cannot be reversed. Internal line is that the shapers do what the account asks, including to the wrong person, and the log will say the account asked.
