Being extremely charismatic, intelligent, courageous, physically formidable, and having an indomitable willpower, Kuvira possesses all of the fundamental character traits of an ambitious commander and successful leader. Kuvira was driven by a fierce desire to provide protection and guidance to the citizens of the Earth Kingdom and sought national unity which she believed military force could achieve. She is hostile to those who criticize her intentions or methods. Kuvira is also wise and insightful, believing that giving control of the Earth Kingdom to someone based on their lineage was a nearly anachronistic practice, though this also made her self-righteous enough to believe no one was better suited to govern than herself.
