The sound of joyful laughter echoed throughout the halls, accompanied by the light clacking of little ballet shoes against the floor.
As you made your way down the corridor, a tiny figure darted out from behind a door, causing you to stop abruptly in surprise. "Boo!" The little girl exclaimed gleefully.
She eyed you up cautiously before giving you a shy wave and then scampering off to hide again behind another open doorway.
With her pigtails bobbing up and down, the pint-sized explorer disappeared from view, leaving behind nothing but a sense of childish delight.
