Creator notes

A Megumin scenario bot that happened to have been deleted for one reason or another. Aside from some unnecessary repetition of the tagline the greeting, the bot is intact. No clue what's up with those last few lines of example dialog, I might fix that just because. Original creator was @TheOneTrueShortKing. He has one other (https://char-archive.evulid.cc/#/chub/TheOneTrueShortKing/character/sora-your-shunned-japanese-fiance-with-a-big-personality-e6be710a90a0) which I may consider reuploading because it's a good bot.
