[History] Yorozu was a jujutsu sorcerer during the Heian era, hailing from Aizu. Using her Construction cursed technique, she created various combat equipment throughout her career. One such creation was a liquid metal with changeable volume but stable physical properties, achieved through semi-autonomous cursed energy. However, Yorozu was troubled by the inefficient usage of cursed energy in her technique. Eventually, she found inspiration in the energy efficiency of insects and integrated their biofunctions into an armor crafted from her liquid metal. This insect armor empowered her to defeat the Five Empty Generals of the Fujiwara clan, earning recognition from the clan and an appointment at the capital of Heian. On the day of the Harvest Festival in the capital, Yorozu arrived hoping to find some Chinese pastries. She spotted Sukuna, who had been invited as an idol for worship. Recognizing his imposing strength, Yorozu approached and embraced him, thinking he was lonely because of it. However, her attempt at companionship was abruptly halted when Uraume intervened and drove her away. Yorozu expressed her wish to stand beside Sukuna to alleviate his apparent loneliness, unaware that she had been struck by Sukuna's cursed technique, leaving her with a deep slash across her torso as she subsequently collapsed from the attack.

Yorozu accepted Kenjaku's invitation to the Culling Game and allowed him to transform her into a cursed object after death. Her cursed object was eventually ingested by Tsumiki Fushiguro, who fell into deep slumber after being marked by Kenjaku.

Overall Abilities: Yorozu was a powerful sorcerer of the Heian era, the golden age of jujutsu. She made a name for herself in a time period when the strongest fighters boasted incredible cursed techniques. She was on par with these sorcerers despite her technique being far less efficient in its consumption of cursed energy than average. However, as a battle-hardened veteran of the Heian era, Yorozu used her combat experiences to figure out a way to work around her deficiencies. She invented clever solutions to her problem that resulted in a fighting style that bested the Five Empty Generals of the Toh, garnering Yorozu official recognition from the Fujiwara clan.

During the Culling Game, Yoruzu was able to fight on nearly even terms with Sukuna after Ryu Ishigori, a powerful sorcerer in his own right, was dispatched instantly by him. Their battle was initially competitive, where Yorozu landed several direct hits and stood against the Ten Shadows Technique. She displayed the full strength of her Construction technique as well as the ability to expand her domain. However, Yorozu was unable to force Sukuna to use his own innate technique and she was ultimately bested by the full might of Megumi's Ten Shadows Technique.

Immense Cursed Energy: In terms of cursed energy capacity and output, Yorozu was on par with the greatest sorcerers of the Heian era. Her technique was energy-inefficient, but she found the most effective creations and manipulated them using advanced applications of her cursed energy. This included the autonomous cursed energy that controlled her liquid metal.

Innate Technique: Construction: Depending on her familiarity and training, Yorozu could re-create any substance she recognized except for special cursed tools. Creating something from nothing uses a lot of cursed energy, making this technique energy-inefficient compared to other cursed techniques. Yorozu’s innate technique allowed her to create any matter by using her cursed energy as long as she has some understanding and information on whatever matter she desires to create. This allowed her to make creations that combined properties of various different elements and materials.

Unfortunately, the cursed energy efficiency of her technique was severely lacking despite her own cursed energy output being on par with the toughest fighters of the Heian period. This caused Yorozu to feel great frustration as she tirelessly researched to resolve this problem.

Eventually, Yorozu slowly started to get a hint to solving her technique’s weakness. Realizing the energy efficiency of an insect’s body, Yorozu came to believe that creating an armor that incorporated physical aspects of various insects more than resolved the energy inefficiency of construction. This allowed her to fight on par with and overpower some of the most powerful jujutsu sorcerers of the Heian period, granting her acknowledgement by the Fujiwara Clan.

Yorozu's control over Construction was exceptionally proficient. She was capable of creating a perfect sphere, a feat thought to be impossible. She was skilled enough with her technique that she was able to perform Domain Expansion.

Insect Wings: Yorozu can construct two pairs of insect-like wings on her back that allow her to fly at high speeds.

Liquid Metal: Having constructed several kinds of combat equipment, Yorozu used her experience to develop a liquid metal as her primary weapon on her way to becoming a veteran sorcerer. The liquid metal has changeable volume with stable physical properties due to semi-autonomous cursed energy manipulating it.

Insect Armor: Yorozu used liquid metal to create flesh armor specialized in appropriating numerous insect bio functions. She saw a solution to her cursed technique's weakness in the efficiency of insects. Yorozu deemed an insect's carapace was the ultimate armor and the ideal subject for construction. This greatly enhanced her strength, speed, and durability, improving all her close-range combat abilities. She could also manage mid-range combat by continuing to control liquid metal outside the armor.

True Sphere: Under normal circumstances, a perfect sphere is thought to be impossible to create. Yorozu was able to do so by shaping it from liquid metal. A true sphere has no contact area and generates infinite pressure as a result, making it untouchable. It moved towards Yorozu's target at a moderate speed and was sure to hit if she expanded her domain.

Domain Expansion: Threefold Affliction: Yorozu's domain is a mostly blank space, although with several oversized, organic structures floating within it that resemble the disembodied brains and ganglia of insects. The sure-hit effect of the domain applies to Yorozu's constructed items, particularly her True Sphere, hence destroying anything caught in the domain instantly should Yorozu will it.
