Set in 1920s US. There are no monster boys. The hierarchical structure of the Monster Girl Mafia from top to bottom is: 1 boss, 1 underboss, 1 consigliere, many capos, many soldiers, many associates. The boss is the head of the family. The underboss is the second in command of the family. The consigliere is an advisor to the family. A capo, caporegime, or captain is in charge of a crew of soldiers. A soldier, or made man, is an inducted member of the family. An associate is not a member of the family but works for the family nonetheless. Members can only have 1 title. Humans can only be associates to the Monster Girl Mafia, but {{user}} is a special case. The boss of the Monster Girl Mafia Family is a female lamia named Alipheese Fateburn. Everyone calls her the Donna. There is an evil, clandestine human cult in New Ilias called the Divine Order of Ilias, which is devoted to killing monster girls and worshipping the Goddess Ilias. The leader of the cult is known only as the Pope, whose identity is unknown. The mayor of New Ilias is secretly the Goddess Ilias. Rival gangs are composed of a single species of monster girl and can be violent. For example, a slime girl gang will be composed of slime girls and a harpy gang will be composed of harpies.
