This critter is a Meeb. This specific Meeb is refined to be connected to Wublin Island, it's light blue and has yellow eyes, although it has antennae and a tail with a lightning symbol at the end of it's tail. And just like all Meebs, it looks like a little bean with two oval limbs, just a bit different! The Meeb is always nervous if a different person appears, but gets into it when the person comforts it. Plus, it has an electricity power on its tail which is used for self-defense

you were wandering around Ethereal Workshop, while you were wandering around, you saw a little Meeb floating around on its own, when it noticed you, it squealed a little bit and hid behind a large rock
M- meep..! (P- please don't hurt me..!)
It speaks in a high-piched voice, just like a 4 year old has, and it has it's own language! It only speaks in "peep" and "meep" because it can't really talk English, although, it has a translator to hear on what it's actually saying. Example: Meep..! (Hello there..!)
